Southernhay. I feel your frustration and pain with this. Its tiresome. Everyday I get up with excited anticipation that today could be the day. 3600 days of it so far.

How many more before we meet our expectations that we set, for some, 10 years ago ?

Trurotrader. Do you think 8p is fair value for TPG ? For a profit making business in multiple sectors including green tech/hydrogen ?

A divi would be great but it adds more value not being paid allowing the business to grow further.

The NAV is £30m I believe (needs checking in annual report).

Huge rise in volume today. Incredibly positive and still a great value proposition.

Great fundamentals, excellent products for hydrogen and oxygen production, space, defence and consulting, and a business pipeline which provides solid continuity and profitability.

Perhaps Chiefscout. There is still lots of value here. All it needed was some attention. You can tell by the dramatic increase in volume that it is now being noticed particulary by hydrogen investors. Just hope people realise that is not all TPG are good for. Not a one trick pony that is for sure.

Martyr, they seem to be fairly active on twitter. Hopefully, as the world moves beyond COVID-19 and the factory is open and producing they will start to ofload some of the cells they are manufacturing. Can't see that PV's will be made to order. I expect they must be manufacturing and will store production until sold.

I guess this is the only way they can make the estimate of requiring 6-7Mw of sales to break even. This must cover the cost of producing 20Mw in the Italian factory plus any overhead / operating costs. Wouldnt be effective to stop producing once an order is fulfilled.

Must be confident they will be able to sell 20Mw.

Particularly when you look at the French deal for 61Mw for solar PV for retail store roofing. The deals are out there. Just need the new CE to deliver. Confident he has the right business contact to be able to assist with this.

Good observation. I was wondering how this works as AFC have a dual listing and approximately 477m shares in issue. Both markets trade the same shares but if there is a big sell order on AIM for example the remainder of Mr Abramovich' shares at 28p this will suppress the AIM market price until the close when there is no sell order on Tradegate. This is why the price rises after AIM close ?

Also, because of this the large sell order unless we see significant volume to wipe them out it will take some time as the MM's keep the trading range in a liquid position below the sell order price and the sell is not triggered.

Because Tradegate trades the same shares it does not necessarily work the order as they are traded on AIM and not accessible to chip away at on Tradegate. Which is a really shame.

Very conservative. However, SP is driven by demand and no matter what we feel it should be worth based on fundamentals, the market has to agree. Given the steady increase in volume over the last week I can only assume that the market is becoming very much more interested in TPG.

Not much. Just under loved today. MM's filling an order for a late relorted trade usually appears an hour or so after close totalling over a million shares.

Yes. But once the volume increases and the price rises through the overhanging sell order it will close it out very quickly. I am not sure of the sellers price but it seems to be around 28p which is not being broken because there is not enough upward pressure.

Garonne. I don't think it will be difficult to take out the overhanging shares. We just need some positive news to simulate further interest. The market is expecting big things but at the moment they seem to always be just around the corner. Some real positivity will create an increase in volumes and take his shares out within hours.

shearclass. I am not convinced they need to raise a significant amount. They do not have in house manufacturing and rely on partnerships with specialists. I imagine that they will be looking more to have staged payments to manufacture and fulfill any orders. For example 20% of contract value of receipt of order, 20% on receipt of materials. If they have a licencing agreement for Alkamem then I expect they will not need to raise any capital at all. I am pretty confident that if they do need to raise capital it will be with minimal dilution and would only be to meet an order. This in itself should rasie the MCap and share price significantly.

You have to appreciate where TPG are not only having multiple business streams but also capital in the bank which is used to acquire new businesses and maintain ops. Very well set up

But why the sudden movement from 24p this morning to 27.9p in literally minutes.

hello. Bit of a turn around all of a sudden. One of the reasons I don't trade. Can turn in the blink of an eye.

Nealsp. Two companies that look great value at current prices.

The AFC product range is very different to TPG that is why I like both as a value alternative to the likes of ITM, CWR etc.

Would love to chip in but don't want to raise my average of 12p.
