Always something with these. Never straight forward. Never thought we would need to have 1bn shares in issue. Not to say they will ever need them but it certainly restrict shareholder value by diluting the SP.

I guess they just don't give a 5hit as none of them have any real skin in the game but happy to take a fat salary.

After taking £30m I would expect them to be able to not only manufacture and sell the product but to generate free cash flow and get the £30m back reinvesting into the business.

If they squander the capital and have nothing to show for it I would imagine that there would be a number of people kicking the door down to the AFC offices looking for someone in particular.

Will give them the benefit of the doubt but patience is wearing thin.

Don't want any more extra shares. Would be nice to think that they will not dilute any further the SP for the shareholders.

Would be interesting to hear about the projected sales pipeline. What is the value of the projected sales pipeline.

No need to mention any business names but what has pushed them to raise £30m is not a projected sales pipeline of a few quid. The pipeline must be £100m over 2 years to warrant raising £30m to get them started.

If they can't report sales at least report the projection.

Once they start making sales and deploying that will obviously grow rapidly. But the £30m will be returned in revenue.

I have a feeling this 2gw capacity may be agriculture and the roof space on barns. Not the most structurally sound building but can accommodate the verditek panels due to the reduced weight.

There has been an increase in solar farms and agricultural land being used to accommodate panel space. Potentially no longer need the ground space as they can situate a few kw on the barn roofs.

Been thinking about this. With a capacity of 50mw per annum and growing and free cash flow, who can see a dividend being paid in 2 to 3 years time.

Licencing agreements for greater capacity will come at a cost but not as much as a new facility would cost to build. If VDTK are producing annual profits of £12-18m based on 50 to 60mw per annum then a £3m dividend is surely not out of the question.

That would be 10p per share on its own.

Feeks. The increase in capacity and growth of the business could reasonably put the MCap well into the £100s of millions based on having the capacity to deliver 60 to 100 Mw per annum.

I still don't think that this will be enough and as sectors try the product it is going to take off and the capacity will have to be increased further.

It would not be too much hardship to have licenced facilities strategically placed around the world to localise and reduce transport. RR has already appointed a number of sales personnel scattered globally and this is working effectively.

Back this up with a few facilities and you have an easy 200mw per annum capacity.

And a MCap of £100s of millions. Maybe even £1bn.

Think they need plenty more capacity. There are alternative out there to Verditek but as we have proven time again they are not competitive on a number of levels.

Verditek are really taking advantage of the product benefits.

Southernhay. If AFC confirm some deals in the short term then the price can rise quickly with momentum from these levels. The market clearly expects a positive move and has reacted well to this placing.

If RA is still selling at 28p then I guess he will still be there. With todays 40m plus shares traded he could be taken out very quickly if they appear again in the way up.

When the Acciona deal was released I mentioned that they build desalination plants. I was involved with the installation at the Beckton plant.

I though there may be a use for Alkamem and stated this at the time. Looks like it is a real possibility

Who has a 20% gain ?

The 16p placing shares have not been issued and cannot be traded yet. Maybe some bought early at a little under 17p but I tried to buy this morning and was offered 17.5p to buy or fill and kill.

The most I would expect to see is a 15% rise on any early purchases to the current sell price.
