looking at the figures in the resolutions 2 and 3 the monetary values are very specific. Resolution 2 states that essentially the company can propose to allot tranches of shares with a value of £2,219,965 in nominal value to a maximum of 33% of the enlarged share capital. If you remove the £ from the £2,219,965 the number becomes simply 2,219,965. Could they have meant that they wish to have the authority to issue 2,219,965 shares equal to approximately 0.33% of the enlarged share capital ?
Same applies to resolution 3.
· Resolution 2 - an ordinary resolution to provide general authority for the Directors to issue and allot a further £2,219,965.48 in nominal amount of Ordinary Shares from time to time, being an amount equal to approximately 33 per cent. of the Enlarged Issued Share Capital
