Limited shares available again regardless of price. Placed what I thought was a cheeky limit order for just above mid price and got them straight away.

Not a huge purchase but couldn't get an offer for any. Just had a small 15,000 share top up

But seriously. TPG should be all over this. 40Gw by 2030, that is a huge opportunity.

Hmmm, someone like ThyssenKrupp maybe able to help with that.

Much bigger than ITM is the electrolyser field.

And guess what, they are partnered with De Nora who really like AFC energy and actually helped with our electrodes.

I expect to see some further development with AFC re-electrolysers, or Alkamem or strategic partnerships with such organisations. The market seems to love ITM at the moment but is missing the point of where the true value is to be found

I agree with some of your comments but I do not agree that we do not need 5 x 9s hydrogen.

Hiiroc produces blue hydrogen from gas whereas AFC can utilise Alkamem in alkaline electrolysers to produce green hydrogen.

Still. 15 x the MCap

Neither business makes a profit. But yes we have NO CONFIRMED SALES.

I just hope he has something much bigger up his sleeve for hydrogen. UK cannot afford to fall behind with this.

Hydrogen is stored energy. How it is used to generate energy is equally important.

Use a fuel cell and the efficiency is far greater than burning it.

This is massive news for the sector.

TPG pull your finger out and become a big player here.

From 2020 to 2024, we will support the installation of at least 6 gigawatts of renewable hydrogen electrolysers in the EU, and the production of up to one million tonnes of renewable hydrogen.
From 2025 to 2030, hydrogen needs to become an intrinsic part of our integrated energy system, with at least 40 gigawatts of renewable hydrogen electrolysers and the production of up to ten million tonnes of renewable hydrogen in the EU.
From 2030 to 2050, renewable hydrogen technologies should reach maturity and be deployed at large scale across all hard-to-decarbonise sectors.

The EU needs your electrolysers and hydrogen gas production. Don't let it all go to ITM and Thyssenkrupp. Play your part and deliver your tech.

So ITM go up 4% and TPG drop 2% on the EU Hydrogen strategy news.

Just dont make sense.

Thanks coldfishpie. Excellent news for the sector. Could be transformational for hydrogen production through electrolysis.

Great also that AFC have Alkamem to replace Nafion.

Also great that all that hydrogen will be used for generating energy and unless this energy production requires heat for steel making or the likes the most effective way to use it is in an alkaline fuel cell.

This is the right place and right time for AFC in a number of ways. They are now presenting a value opportunity for shareholders at £130m MCap

ITM are valued 10x AFC now. Absolute no brainer for me

ITM have released an RNS re the EU hydrogen strategy.

TPG should be well placed with their electrolysers and their list of clients through TP engineering.

They are pushing this part of the business so would expect to see more in the short term.

A grant of £100m paid to AFC to allow them to develop a large facility for manufacturing fuel cell systems and accelerating the Alkamem and solid system would be paid back in corporation tax and employer tax in a few short years.

Why can the government not see this and support green tech companies particularly AFC that have had very little in the way of support and grants. AFC have been propped up by PI's and II's to this point and some very good strategic partnerships such as that with De Nora.

£100m grant would be transformational for a self financed UK business with world leading technology. There seems to be a lot of focus on producing green hydrogen but not so much on what to do with it to generate energy.

AFC have the transformational technology. £100m is very little in the grand scheme of things but would make a significant difference to ramping up production and progress and promote building back greener or better with a fantastic UK company.

Customer-Centric is a focus on customers wants and needs.
