Beachandsurf made a good point yesterday. If you have committed to buy placing shares on 30th June and cannot trade them until 31st July then no significant news cN be released.

AFC released the info that they have lost £1.8m (operating cost) in first 6 months to End of June with the RNS. This must have been to level the field and indicate that on the 20th July no further news will come.

Does this mean back to sleep for a bit longer or do we live in hope again that today is the transformational news we have been waiting for ?

So yes, if you have committed and cannot trade your allocation you are at a disadvantage should significant news arrive.

Everytime I read the RNS related the funding I read something a little different.

I am not sure we will hear anything this week regards a TR1 and new II's. The first admission is not very large at circa 24m and may not happen until Friday. This would be followed by the second on Monday latest of circa 62m (non tax qualifying).

The final submission of conditional shares can left for admission as far away as 31 st July for a total of circa 102m.

I am not sure the time delay in releasing a TR1 and notifying the issuer (AFC) of significant interest but we could be into August before then.

All very exciting last week but maybe AFC will go into another news and information vacuum which will do nothing for the SP.

Where is the promised media storm. The government backing hydrogen will do nothing for AFC if market doesn't know they exist and have this product which is a world leader. They must step up the game now.

So based upon 20Mw capacity being filled in a year which must be expected fair value would be for me 20 to 30p or MCap of £60m to £90m

I guess, without the increased capacity, anything further becomes speculation rather than fair value. Once this increase is confirmed the fair value would increase accordingly.

With Paragraf coming good you would have to expect that the value of such a product would not be in the millions but billions. Without further shares issued based upon 292m in issue £1bn MCap would be £3.33.

Martyh has already posted figures today. Based upon profit on specific Mw production capacity. Its very clear to see that 10p or £30m MCap does not factor in sales of 20Mw capacity, any increase in capacity and sales thereof and certainly does not consider paragraf JDP.
