I was wondering if the actual system design and manufacture is their own more than anything. I cant see that it's a million miles from a fuel cell.

It is great news for shareholders if they are more than just fuel cell and membrane and now promoting hydrogen production through their own electrolysers.

Last week we had the hydrogen strategy from the EC. Both CWR and ITM made statements about being ready with electrolysers. For me at that time, AFC were just fuel cells and Alkamem (which is juts the membrane)

This has significantly changed things for me. This is now a complete end to end solution provider with full bespoke design and build.

AFC never made clear that the membrane (Alkamem) would be used in their own electrolysers.

I think that has been confirmed today. Certainly in my mind.

A few weeks ago I suggested that an electrolyser basically a fuel cell in reverse. It appears to some degree that it may be the case and something AFC have worked on in parallel realising the market potential for both.

maybe now we may see full system contracts for electrolysers and fuel cell systems.

Power to power. Either using waste renewables such as wind to power the electrolyser with the fuel cell to generate power from the stored energy

Only when the system needs to be used full time for argument sake EV charging at motorway or genet replacement in construction would a fuel need to be provided such as Ammonia.

AFC have really excelled themselves with the diversity and applications of their products. Something I was not really aware of until today.

And the best bit, the icing on the cake, is the fact that over 13 years or so of development our fuel cells/electrolysers are not just designed to be efficient but they have been developed to be low cost.

They should be the fuel cell and elecrolysers of choice.

Actually. AFC had a patent in 2019 which includes electrolysers. This was not something I was aware of.

back in the 70s TP group was CJB Developments.

They have many patents related to electrolysers.

Why would the shares not yet admitted weigh on confidence? That is definitely priced in.

Its likely that there is a large investor in that remaining 100m shares that will boost confidence. This we do not know.
