This is my views on the current sp and why I just topped up at 12p.
At 1.6 and NCM farm in the time frame looked way into the future before the mining would commence.
After the first drills by NCM it was quite clear that they were excited by this find and started to ramp up the drilling and phase 1.
12 months or so on and we're into phase 3 and 8p was breached.
The last interview by SB was very bullish talking about starting the decline and the fantastic drilling results and 12p was breached.
The PFS is more than likely underway, a full PFS is not necessary to start the decline or mining.
SB mentioned he intended to start small stoping operations from the decline.
Could this happen before the full FS and phase 4 ? Well to me it looks likely and I'm very confident of my 12p buy.
As regards to Zoros figures , the ore in the ground tonnage has been quoted at 120m.That would be around the 20p for €100 in the ground in my opinion.

I've no way near as many as Tom but got in earlier at 0.6 so very happy with it, but topped up at just over 12 same time as TMT bought in and confident of doubling.
ITM though are my golden share at the moment in at 20p but fluctuating wildly so careful watching can make a lot of profits buying and selling. Definitely a share for the future tied up with German company Linde who also own BOC and have contracts with Shell and Toyota.
I'm still not tempted to top up here yet although my lad is confidently buying for a 3-5 year view. Without dividends my intentions are short term as early last week bought Trafalgar Property worth a look with cash above market cap and just about to sell more land with planning permission but I won't stop long there.
PHE also worth a look on dips although high at the mo.
Another steady share is IKA solid state battery innovator CEO is excellent, steady growth lately

I haven't stayed in any infrastructure firms lately mainly gold and hydrogen shares. I've been getting disillusioned with all the rhetoric around spending pledges for different things. The green budget on Wednesday was a complete failure in my mind to take a lead position in Green energy technologies. They've already got schemes for insulating houses, what should have happened which I have mentioned before is to change the Building Regs to promote all buildings to have zero carbon emissions and 90% + production of renewable energy. There are plenty of schemes, technology firms capable of achieving that.
Can you imagine the benefit to a house builder promoting a house that has hardly any fuel bills, the sale price would initially be high but sought after.
Someone posted on another board
" Germany to invest €45m in hydrogen, France €25m and we get luncheon vouchers" :)) sums this country up, although the pubs etc need us to go out and eat they're very quiet.

Glad you doing ok. The outlook does look good for tradesmen but what is the material supply situation, I'm hearing it's still hit and miss.
I've had a bit of luck this week when I saw TRAF the biggest losers, jumped in and doubled this morning. Selling land, more cash now than market cap.

Only got a few Tw left most gone in here and hydrogen shares. This share has been tremendous for me getting in at 0.6, but just sold most of my oil stocks and bought in here again just over 12p same time as TMT.
I'm still very confident Ggp will double my last buy.

It probably will be a spiral decline but the incline won't change much it still comes out around the 4km length.
What will alter the length is how deep the portal entrance will be.
If I was designing the portal entrance which is probably a reinforced concrete structure I would have to know what the foundations were going to be sat on before I could start.
It maybe too early for the decline to start but not too early for ground surveys to assist the designers.

I'm still of the opinion that the shallow drills are to assist in the mine design for the decline and portal entrance
The decline will be nearly 4000m long to get down 400m at 6 degrees.

I retired early after the last recession but I've now had shares for 40 years following many at Bryant's who had shares then and now it's a hobby and investments.

Found a photo of an 18 wheeler LNG truck in Texas which can carry 9,300 gallons of LNG on Kut.org
I don't know what that equates to in cu ft, might have to use Henrys Law

so $7-$9 approx per 1000cu ft for 90m cubic metres Take or Pay = $7 x 3,600,000cu ft= $25.2m per annum

My first site with Bryant in 1975 was a timber frame housing , the guarantee at that time was 20 years life and their still up and the Barratt site nearby. The damp prevention was pretty poor I caught the brickies nailing it on instead of gluing but the councils Clerk picked up everything. The method /design was was pretty standard at that time but wouldn't be acceptable today.
Not sure what the mortgage situation is now on those

Surely it's the Governments chance to get these holes removed with Aid money to JLP.
I've seen something similar on a housing site in the Black Country in the 1980s, when the surface was scraped back a series of shallow coal seams were found together with a poor Victorian miner who got trapped very sad, stuck in my memory.

I've even reading about Kabwe town and shocked to see it is classed as Africas most polluted town. Lead mining since the early 1900s has produced toxic tailings left scattered around the town even down the streets.
No wonder the Government want Jubilee to clean it.
World Bank is putting $40m in to the area as AID to help clean it up.
On Google satellite, holes can be seen near the refinery and photos of these holes show local inhabitants scraping for materials to sell or use.
Hope Jubilee can do some good there fairly quickly but don't know how the streets will be decontaminated.
I hadn't realised how close to the population the refinery was located.

First time in I bought at 0.6p and sold 3/4 to pay for my loft conversion.
Sat on the rest + a top up last week with my Cerp proceeds at .22p so I'm in for a bit.
I just hope the death spiral loans are gone and the promise of bank debt on the assets is the future.
I've always thought the assets here have lots of potential disappointed about Broadford Bridge and I've researched about the drilling mud problems there and at sometime soon it may get another look

I've been looking at the Dec RNS and it states that the Kimmeridge will be hold for pressure build up tests and the Portland will be got ready for production status from Q3.
In the mean time the infrastructure was being upgraded including generators and gas facilities for production.
There was also talk of checking out the condition of H1 and preparing the well for dual completion.

I don't mind people pointing me in the right direction and give me something else to research. Been at Cerp for 12 years just got out didn't like the merger, reminded me too much of here before the big drill .
