Seems like the property sector is doing a lot better than house builders at the moment. If the HBs are awash with money I can't understand why they needed government assistance and withhold divis. The Property Sector are continuing to pay divis and haven't used the furlough scheme.
Segro have announced today interim divi up to 6.9p interim from 6.3p and a placing for growth.
Londonmetric continuing to pay quarterly divis
In hindsight it looks as if housebuilders shareholders and government have lost out. If profits do get back to normal perhaps they should repay the furlough and look at bonus divis

WNZ to me looks to me like an early Bonasse, to that I mean pre air gravity survey that Ritson carried out.
The terrain of Suriname hinders 2D seismics and WNZ has a few lines but not enough and I'm not sure about any 3D.
The only aerial surveys seem to be to the west of the uplift as on Geoexpro website.
Aerial FTG Full Tensor Gravity Gradiometry can give a much clearer of fault systems and sounds like Cerp will need it. The faults look quite complex.
The sandstones are much better than Bonasse with a Darcy of 1 to 3 where Bonasse has one.
As with the wells at Bonasse some of the wells look as though they are on the wrong side of the faults so producing dry or wells with oil shows

I haven't found that figure of 1749 wells in 2002 there were 300 wells producing 17000 bopd and still producing in 2016 16,000 making 50-60 each but that is for just Tambaredjo not the other 2.
Their objectives are to get the EWT producing long term.
Statsolie have the right to participate on a 50-50 joint venture and pay backdated 50% of costs to Cerp

The Central Area is the most prolific around the fault zone, to the west is the uplift, it looks as though the faults caused by the uplift is where the oil is.
I haven't seen any flow rates yet but those 5 wells have been on production tests
I'm not quite sure if the Well numbers are correct but blurred on the map.
I'm trying to correlate them with the Petrel 3D

I've read somewhere about the amount of oil produced so far but no flow rates. I didn't make a note from where I read that.
Drilling 48 wells in the Saramaca, 6 lower down and 16 in the 1990s I find it hard to believe that they're not producing anything that's why i've assumed from a standing start.
All the infrastructure is close at hand so no problem there.

There's 22 wells drilled into the Middle Saramaca sands and 26 into the Lower Saramaca, all drilled by Statsolie between 2007 and 2014 and a further 16 previously by others.
I've not come across any flow figures or how many Cerp are at the moment producing but surely this should be revealed with Stoiip update and hopefully a presentation.
On Tambaredjo 300 wells many of them into the Saramaca in 2002 were producing 17,000bopd .
I'm a assuming from a standing start that the Extended Well Tests comparing it with Tambaredjo could be 300-500bopd each but these wells have been producing so initial pressures may have gone and pumps will be needed. They are shallow wells 1000' so the initial psi would have been around the 1000psi on a general rule.
A gradual increase in bringing wells on line should lift the figures hopefully 1000bopd shouldn't be too long coming

11.8m of 2P reserves a conservative figure of 3p in the ground that makes it a $35m asset on its own. That's 50% higher than the current market cap. Should be 3p easy, come on Leo get it moving :)))

I didn't know much about Sand Hills Prospect so I googled and came up with a LGO presentation on Proactive, it's very interesting loads of photos and maps and shows Sand Hills to the NE around Well 658 then it was producing 96 bopd, so that area would give an immediate boost.
There are lots of wells where the net pay hasn't been touched and wouldn't cost much to work over. Yes a 1000 bopd could be achieved quite quickly.
Also look at the July 2019 presentation there is a Petrel Project map showing the API contours of the area

Biggest stumbling block for Goudron is the high revenues of Saffron nowhere is going to match that, better to spend money there but Heritage will want it moving

There's not been much news about Goudron awaiting the renegotiation of the license.
This has what has been planned from the past and what we have
11.8m of 2P reserves that's Proven category 2 worth far more than a P50
1.3bn of estimated reserves at lower deep levels from Goudron and SWP
Waterfloods Pilot A Well 665, 79000 barrels of water inserted as of July 2018 into 667
WF 670, 669 achieved connectivity
Mayaro sands large depleted zones will need considerable amounts of water .
Sandhills project to the far NE of Goudron around Well 658 exploration target.
Re drill the lost well (Well 673 maybe)
Deep exploration well
Over 100 wells on Goudron some can be used for water extraction
57 are producing wells 7 produce 50% of production but most shut in waiting for work overs reactivation

I think it was 673 that the Schlumberger logging tool got stuck huge calamity, GY 670 is now producing in the waterflood.

Have another look at the AGM slide presentation for information on Goudron and see what has happened or going to happen, there are a few things I'd forgotten. Slide 13 is interesting, top right shows appraisal and exploration work, the darker the circle is ongoing the lighter is future plans, Sandhill Prospect ( I don't remember that at all) Goudron deep.
In the lower middle ' Re enter the FRM well for appraisal and complete', re drill the failed well on Goudron '

Still loads to look forward to if these are still in the plans. I can't remember the figures for the failed well but didn't it get the T&T highest initial flow rate c6000bopd I know it had a big reservoir

I'm more interested in the Stoiip update from Suriname than the sp at xmas.
What would be the reaction if the figures read 77m in place with 11.5m recoverable with an NPV of $90m?
The Tambaredjo field on the other side of the uplift had 900m in place but a bigger field and explored .
WNZ is smaller and underexplored.
The Petrel Project software should pick up more details of what's found at the moment.
There's every chance of the current Stoiip figures of 24m increasing substantially, initially i'm hoping for 50-90m.
That's another Saffron for 2.4p where else is there a share so under valued.

Loads of growth this coming half year

Being an island they should be able to get rid of it quickly like Guernsey has. Trinidad shouldn't be far behind

How is the situation in Malta with the virus.
The figures in T&T look promising 177 cases only 1 still in hospital, I can't remember how many unfortunate fatalities but they were mainly from cruise ships.
