Part 2
This was taken from pages 36-40 from the water extraction report.
To follow it the section on Paddys twitter page explains the layers.
That section is a section from W to E, the western edge is the evaporation ponds position and the eastern edge in Artemis licence and the box cut slightly to the N.

The Box cut is sited in the gradational loam area. The base of it looks to be on top of the Upper Tillite which hasn't got a clay content.
This Upper Tillite is the top aquifer which is at surface around the new ponds area, so the first section of Decline will be wet and need draining immediately into the new Raw cell 1 pond.
There is another aquifer in the Middle Sandstone and another in the Lower Tillite on top of the ore body.
They are expecting the aquifer pressures to reduce and will be monitoring Lake Dora which these aquifers feed and also where a local population of aborigines live around the Rudall area.
These aquifers can be seen on page 45.
These layers on Page 37 can be seen rising to the West but getting deeper in the artemis area."

The cover getting less at Scallywag is separate from this section.
I've studied all the information I can find on Scallywag and I can't find anything less than 150-200m of cover until Saddlereef which is 200m under cover at the southern end rising to the surface at the North end.
150m of cover and a 1,000 depth is too much for an open pit especially a cone shape like Kraken with over a 1.5km base

There's only one place that an open pit would work and that's Saddlereef.
Talk of open pit mining at Kraken will just not work.
150m of cover that's twice as high as the Clifton suspension bridge. The coincidence is at least another 1000m or more, that's Mount Snowdon size.
It will take 20 years or more for Ggp to get where Newcrest are and that is one of the best deep mining corporations.
The size of this is not for a junior minor, Ggp will not be tackling Scallywag on their own.
Havieron will be capable of 20m ton supply to Telfer but the logistics will mean some processing fascility will be required at Havieron and Scallywag.
It's the tailings and waste rock sites that are the issue at present.

I wouldn't have thought they will keep issuing more resource estimates until there is something defined.
I personally am not expecting one till the PFS at the end of the year, if there is one half way then great.
I'm more eager to see the average grades increase, which is where the uplift in resources will occur.
It will have to be a big increase in footprint to lift the resources, by big I mean a 100m or more to make any difference.

The coincidence of the mag/gravity surveys is at the top of the Kraken anomaly.
This calculates roughly at 534m tons which is slightly more than Havieron at 484m tons.
Using the lowest economic grades of 0.2g/t and 0.2% copper would =
3.4m oz and 1m tons copper
Those figures are Tier 1 ore body size.

Using the average as Havieron might be
of 0.75g/t then the figures =12.8m oz

Lowest commercial result = 3.4m oz
Average result = 12.8m oz

The exciting thing is the Kraken magnetic anomaly below the coincidence is another 1bn tons. How much mineralisation is there is unclear without the drilling results. If there is mineralisation this will clear the uncertainty.

The markets hate uncertainty =lower sp
Certainty will bring a relief bounce on top of news from Havieron of more drill results and box cut start.

Firstly I'm a bit worried about Nige he has stopped posting did you ever get a contact for him.

I'm not worried about the drop too much in the share price but the lack of contact from the Board is unusual and is having an effect.

Even if the results are low the huge quantities in the Scallywag targets will lift the resources but I don't believe Kraken will have low results everything about this target has everything going for it.

Decline
This company is galloping towards developing a mine , its all about declines at the moment .
There's not many Tier 1 mines in the world.
You have invested in a unique experience to many mining investors it may never happen. But here it is happening.
The next 3 or 4 months is all about getting ready for the Decline of the decade maybe the century.
In May the Decline should have started on it's way to 400m below the surface, down to untold riches.
There's only been a handful of these Declines in the last 20 years.
Sit back and relax as this Decline gets longer your investment can only get larger.
Happy investing and I wouldn't like to be out of this in the next 5 years :)))))

There are other areas of under explored areas on this licence besides the northern zone
The area that abuts Artemis's Apollo has the structural fault from Havieron upto Outamind but there doesn't look anything on it.
The area to the SE of Blackbeard is a magnetic/ gravity anomaly running alongside the structural fault it's about 2,000x 800m with high gravity and magnetic coincidence. There has been an MMI survey carried out to the North of it along the border with Rio . There are high copper readings in this area but little to the South.
On one RNS Ggp stated they would be carrying out their ground surveys in this area concurrently with the drilling that was just carried out. Have they done it is anyone's guess.
Has anyone plotted the 5 holes drilled recently in a line on a map anywhere to get the coordinates?

The Northern end of the Scallywag licence contains Blackhills South a high intensity gravity anomaly with a medium magnetic anomaly sat on the structural fault from kraken to Blackhills North.
It's area from a small scale plan including the white and red area is about 1200x1000m ovoid = 942,000 sq m (Havieron 176,000)

The rest of the area has numerous high gravity anomalies on structures.

The interesting one for me is a high magnetic zone following the major structure south of Parlay in the Scallywag licence about 2,000m in length 100-200m in width.

This area is underexplored, I'm hoping the aero survey has gone over this area giving us some more details.
It's not a small area c30,000 sq m but has 2 major faults running through it.

There must be a lot of detail to go through, to put together all this information and coordinate it with the drilling before releasing news

I can't sit on my hands when I'm jumping up and down, just bought 28k @33.74p way happy with that :))))

If it's major news the Board would meet with the Nomad on what should be released.

These new targets have not been tested by historic drilling and are described below.
• Parlay – Coincident magnetic and gravity anomalies on interpreted key lithological and structural contact.
• Black Hills North – Coincident gravity, magnetic and IP anomalies.
• Black Hills South – Very high amplitude gravity anomaly located at the interpreted closure of the Black Hills Dome to the south of outcrop under relatively thin cover (approximately 50m).

Parlay and Blackhills North are in the Juri jv
Blackhills South is in the Scallywag licence ' a high amplitude gravity anomaly ' and its sat on a major structure from Kraken to Blackhills north.

On the Regional Reduced to pole magnetics map they've highlighted the major mineral occurrences:-

Telfer
Chicken Ranch
Nifty
O'Callaghans
Winu
Calibre
Blackhills
Scallywag (Kraken position)
nothing else at the moment.

I've noticed on PRE from the Regional Aeromagnetic something I hadn't seen before, a target called Tara. It's sitting north of the border with Antipa with a major structure fault going right through it from Antipa licence NW direction.
I knew about Trim and Tama I don't remember a Tara.
Also the fault lines crossing in Goliath are shown as a major structure running from Outamind through Goliath, just passing Prefect and on up through the centre of Los Diablos.

The 2 faults at Kraken
The one to the east runs NW through Blackhills South and on up to Blackhills North passing by Saddlereef.
The one to the west of Kraken goes South following Blackbeard all the way down and then turns back NW up through the centre of Parlay.
Is this the reasoning behind the next drilling campaign, targets with major faults running through them
Parlay, Goliath, Outamind and Los Diablos.

I'm with you on that but the coincidence of grav/mag at Kraken is centred at the top of the magnetic anomaly . Are you optimistic that mineralisation could continue below as I am?

Telfer needs high grade ore and not so much low grade at present.
Here's my thinkings on this:-
Telfer has found an extension to its ore body to extend the life of the mine by 3-4 years.
I believe there are 6 waste rock dump sites that are or have been reclaimed .
There is only one site available at present for waste rock.
The tailings area will require raising in the near future.

2-3 years time will start to see Havieron producing .
Will the mine be exhausted by this time probably.
What will happen with the hole in the ground?
