You may have noticed I never mentioned the MRE as having a risk, I believe that risk went when Newcrest gave a reserve figure.

The MRE is only relevant to the mining plan which could come with the EPA approval one Monday in the next 2-3 weeks.

The MRE is irrelevant at this point.

We should get one every August from this year if Newcrest hang around.

The mining plan will be based on past MREs not future ones.

Well if you have researched this share or even listened to my ramblings you would have known 3 years ago that ore will not becoming out till 2024. That’s not jam tomorrow this is a fact that has always been on the cards.

I’ve mentioned many times that this year will be just about administrative matters and Decline advancement, so no surprise that the sp is languishing.

The excitement will increase as the Decline gets nearer, it’s end goal is not ore production, it’s an exploration Decline designed to get into the centre for fan drilling underground.

When it gets to the ore body it will be bringing out ore, this is called development ore and will be stockpiled on the ROM pad, it won’t be sent for processing until it’s been crushed at surface and there is enough of it for a contract to start to transport it.

Your other point on Institutions not buying in, many on here have pointed out that Institutional Investors have restrictions on investments with Risks. Meaning they can’t.

The PFS reduced some of the risk, bank funding did as well, but the DFS is a big hurdle they could be waiting for, more likely though will be the Decision to mine. Lastly the Decline reaching the ore body.

Other institutions will not invest in AIM shares but there is an AIM50 index which attracts some. Australian Institutions are restricted on foreign investments.

Most will be following the Lasonde curve, I suggest you study it to see what’s going to happen.

Answer to your questions I don’t believe Newmont are at all interested in Ernest Giles at this present moment.

They have enough projects of their own to cope with at the moment, the merger with Newcrest is enormous and will take at least 2 years to unwind.

Ggp have to prove up projects to a certain level before any major will take interest and that goes for Rio as well. This joint venture Ggp will have to prove up projects to a level before Rio will commit themselves, they are only interested in large projects.

Havieron is a different beast, it’s going straight down under 420m of cover, so first thing it’s not going to be easy to get to. The ore coming out though is high grade this means you need less ore to get the same minerals that Cadia is producing and that goes for many other global mines.

It’s still in its infancy this FS and MRE won’t be the last, there will be many, it will keep on growing way after Red Chris has gone.

Newcrest got in a pickle, Havieron decline behind schedule, they had to look elsewhere to get resources quickly that’s where Red Chris and Brucejack came in both slightly ahead of Havieron and easier to get quick bucks.

Havieron is a once in a generational find, it still is but it’s taking time to prove it, it’s time will come.

I see that as a win win for Ggp, if we do find a mineable target we will only pay half the costs.

If it’s not big enough though they will go to stage 2.

Looking at some of these targets I don’t think it will get to stage 2

Rio have announced a number of jv farm ins in the last couple of days, looks like they’re rebalancing their portfolio and let these licences been managed by a competent partner.

When you look at the plan on the RNS they’ve offloaded the licences greater than 50km away from Rio and within 80km of Telfer.

They’ve left the jv open so if Ggp do find anything they will keep 49%

Hard to know which is the best of the bunch in todays news.

Budgiedown is the most advanced with heritage clearances in place and 2 drills already undertaken so information can be used for drill positioning. Interesting on that licence that Atlantis is shown straddling the border with Juri( that will be interesting.

Strickland licence needs heritage clearance but Rio had planned to do 60-80 holes there about 100m deep aircore to get their 70% interest. 6 further RC holes were planned.

Alloy resources at the time elected to not participate and go for a $1.25 Royalty. Loads of historical drilling information available.

Calypso drilling has found gold could be interesting North of PRE.

What sparked this off was BHP saying Mincor ‘s nickel concentrate wasn’t good quality and they didn’t want it.

You could look at Wyloo as being a white knight or a raider, who knows.

What we have emerging here is a NW-SE trend with EG in the SE

Then Lake Carnegie with its sulphate of potassium/ potash

Then Strickland with its zinc/lead finds

Then Rumble resources globally significant zinc find.

There is a big source somewhere close

That’s not on Ggp licences but there’s potential potash on Salvation well north, Rudall , Barbossa and Teach.

This is not mining it’s removing salt flats with 360 excavators and trucks plus processing plant.

Some areas can contain REE and possibly lithium but Ggp have not tested for anything like potash as far as I know.

A lot of ASX announcements for Monday on lithium finds on the Yilgarn craton.

I got out of the Yorkshire project with a profit and was telling my friends to get out and not one did. I know the hurt that share caused.

As time is ticking by I’m finding the prospects at Ernest Giles ever more intriguing.

Ernest Giles due east of Wiluna and north west of Laverton.

In between Laverton and Ernest Giles there’s a huge potash resource.

Rumble Resources are NE of Wiluna and NW of Ernest Giles, their licences are sat on a NW-SE trend. This trend continues SE through Strickland Metals large licence area.

Fantastic Zinc/lead resources, it looks like it’s going to be a huge globally important zinc area just to the NW of Ernest Giles

If it was gold grades and cut offs we would be 75% along to the right.

If you reduced Havieron cut off to 0.1g/t like Red Chris we would be right at the start on the left.

Questions are always welcomed if I can answer them I will.

Havieron has a particular environmental issue and 2 others being the Bilby and night parrots but mainly water below ground feeding Lake Dora to the Southwest.

They will excavate the ore out and intended backfilling with paste which is a mixture of cement and tailings waste from Telfer. Any block caving in the future may leave a hole from the surface but that’s not the intention at the moment and will be structured not to collapse.

Why do you think profits will be thin?

Costs of getting it out are covered.

We have tolling costs

Debt costs

Head Office costs

Government taxes less previous losses

Future capex.

If $90m doesn’t cover this and profits we might as well give up now.

High figures of $250m is not a junior explorer anymore.
