Pretty obvious mm's playing their usual games to fill some orders. Yesterdays news was greeted as if the company announced the trial was rejected.

Can sell 1m no probs....hopefully the drop done now and we can get back to where we were before we had phase 1 news.

Agree, this should have been 2-3p after the news and two interviews. Not worried, it's not like we have long to wait. Phase 1 trial may already have started and we only have 12 weeks to wait for outcome and then hopefully straight into phase 2. Plus we have been promised more soon in next few weeks. 5p by mid summer. 15-20p once phase 2 starts.

We are still only talking months. Starting phase 2 will be a major share price trigger and that is expected around Q3 so not long to wait. Before then we have other news coming as already mentioned in the interview. I doubt we will be under 2p for long.

Good interview, and as she says, yesterdays news and start of phase 1 trial this week not reflected in share price. To reach phase 1 is a massive deal. News on progs 2,3,4 in coming weeks....Buy and hold. This is going to rise very nice over next few months

Who knows personally with news due on programmes 2,3,4 in Q2 and waiting to hear 'soon' of 'interesting development' I expect SP to hit 3 or 4p by end of Q2 or as Zac says 'maybe sooner'

SP is a joke...some biggish buys popping up...not long to wait for a decent rise. Trial imminent and then only 12 weeks to end point with transition into phase 2 very quick. At the start of phase 2,expect 100mn valuation at least. And that is not considering the other programmes on the go

Expecting another RNS this week to announce first dosing in trial...very exciting times.

There is a heck of a lot going on right now, with news across the other programs due this quarter. It has been a disappointing response to today's news but I guess the market has factored that in already. Still, we are fully funded have a very driven CEO, and plenty of excitement to come over the summer. End of summer for phase 1 results obviously the first meaningful date but intrigued by today's comments about other developments. IMO Share price should be 2-3p minimum.

Comment: The nod from the MHRA is a bid deal for OCTP as is of course a Phase 1 trial green light. It is pleasing that one of the big medical crises of our time – pain relief, is set to be treated in a novel way
