5mn market cap for a company who have just said there will be no placing until the share price reflects the value of the assets, a director who has just splashed out on 400K at 0.17, news on project financing and JV on Lithium and Gold PLUS legacy assets still with value to extract. I'm no expert, but ORR should be at least 10mn market cap at present.
