Patent applications are usually made public a year and a half after first submission. We have been told by Val that the first application was filed about this length of time ago, so I've been keeping a look out.

@thedarkknights it's clear that the potential applications of BC201 are considered to be very broad. from a quick look over, the patent application's progress seems okay, but hard to know too much.

The investment rationale for being in Val is pretty simple at the moment. It requires belief that, because the CEO has said she'll deliver, she will. I do. If it weren't for this, I'd be gone; there are various interesting places to put funds at present. If she reads this, no pressure ;)

201 – patents date from 14 March 2008. Phase 1 trials done. 13 years passed. 12 years left for other trials, etc, and profit before patents ends. No known third party interest. Phase 1 results were okay.
301 – patents date from 1 November 2012. Preclinical. 8.5 years passed. 16.5 years left for trials, etc, and profit. Review by a Japanese company since May 2020. No known other third party interest.
401 – patents date from 26 September 2013. Phase 2 trials done. 7.5 years passed. 17.5 years left for trials, etc, and profit. No known third party interest. No progress since 2019. P2 results not good enough to progress.
Especially interested in anyone’s guesses on how much profit 201 might bring in annually – if all roi has to be made in, e.g. 5 years from 2028 to 3033, that allows some conclusions.

Hi All, new on here. I’m trying to work some things out. In my understanding drug value has a lot to do with the profit that can be made after the drug is patient-ready and before the patents end. Does anyone know when the patents for 201, 301 and 401 end?
