Remember years ago when 'someone' at RTHM said there was an inflection point (based on traffic numbers)....turns out he was looking at the graph upside down!!

But this could be the real deal....famous last words.

FUM were expecting to get back questions from the EMA notified body about now. Whether EMA operate to the same timescales as FUM were expecting is another matter!! Based on past experience unlikely.

Odysseus, just goes to show that your 'speculative' theory that the FDA meeting would be delayed was rather silly. It went against all the facts i.e. FDA meetings had so far taken place when scheduled. Wishful thinking on your part.

We have had positive news about potential partner(s) - with 'punchy numbers' - in the past, but things didn't materialise or turn out as expected/half promised.

Things should be clearer probably early December (this year):
- Potential partners may have put up or shut up by then.
- FUM can confirm the structure of the trial (FM71) after getting the minutes of the FDA meeting...and confirmed funding requirements.
- EMA might have responded by then....and any additional data requirements incorporated into FM71.

So 'approximately' 6 weeks for FUM to get the offiicial FDA meeting minutes....circa 3rd Dec '20.

Just as expected, although no mention of cash requirements.
Probably hoping that 'the deal' will deliver an upfront payment.

Oddyseus, I don't believe in the past FUM have ever informed us that a regulatory meeting was scheduled for a specific date. We might hear about it after the event or when they get the minutes to the meeting.

The previous FDA meetings have taken place almost exactly when they were expected to take place....any suggestion it will be delayed is speculative IMO.

NDR, I expect FUM said they waiting for the minutes to the meeting to confirm their understanding of how it went, prior to confirming a course of action. I don't think I ever said FUM would publish the minutes. Perhaps they will, more likely not IMO (I am sure there is all sorts of confidential things discussed that neither party would be entirely 'happy' getting out)....more likely just an RNS was issued to confirm that the minutes were received and perhaps a brief description of the main things agreed.

Similar scenario for the FDA meeting due to take place any time now. FUM will come away with their take on how the meeting went but may wait for the formal minutes before informing us. But they may be confident in what was agreed to proceed almost immediately with their plan(s).

Lots of uncertainty regarding the FDA trial and whether additional funding is required, probably why the SP is drifting a little lower. Is it my imagination or does Oddyseus seems less on edge?..getting nearer to his purchase target price!!.

That smell is still lingering.

Strange wording in the RNS: " Forecasting remains challenging due to the ever changing macro-economic environment. The Board is conscious of this ".....but we got a 'prudent' forecast anyway.

NDR, I'm not sure if they promised to release the minutes to the earlier FDA meeting(s)....when did they make such a promise?

There may be confidentiality agreements in place for such meetings.

The equity funding requirements in the future are highly dependent on gold production. Altyn already have quite a bit of debt that will need servicing or repayment in the years ahead. Hopefully price of gold remains favourable and they can hit their production targets...minimising any new equity fund raising. But the mine development costs (unless they change) are indeed substantial.

Apparently Endlman applied his 'research' to Google and/or Facebook....but when he got threatened with a huge lawsuit he backed down. I'm not sure the bloke had any integrity....he was just a geek in his basement trying to make a buck by selling his 'research' to anyone who would pay. Ancient history!

Certainly is best forgotten & 'hopefully' of no relevance to TRMR. Indeed RTHM had 'apparently' cleaned up their act when the TAP merger took place.

But it does show the lenghts some people will go to to gain an advantage. Mud sticks and if they can get a so called 'academic' to create some spurious research then they have the mud.

I suppose part of the problem was that Blinkx operated in a business where for historical reasons there were some suspicious practices. Again where AIM companies are likely to frequent.

Wasn't there something about an Uber lawsuit at one point....was that ever sorted?
