The Takeover Panel has agreed that any discussions with third parties about an offer for Eurasia may be conducted within the context of a "formal sale process" as defined in the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Takeover Code") to enable conversations with parties interested in making a proposal to take place on a confidential basis.

Parties with a potential interest in making a proposal should contact UBS (contact details as set out below).

The interested parties shall be invited to submit their proposals to UBS. It is currently expected that any interested party wishing to participate in the formal sale process will, at the appropriate time, be required to enter into a non-disclosure agreement with Eurasia on terms satisfactory to the Board and on the same terms, in all material respects, as other interested parties participating in the formal sale process, before being permitted to participate in the process. All existing non-disclosure agreements interested parties have already signed with the Company in relation to the potential acquisition of the Monchetundra asset remain valid.

The Takeover Panel has granted a dispensation from the requirements of Rules 2.4(a), 2.4(b) and 2.6(a) of the Takeover Code such that any interested party participating in the formal sale process will not be required to be publicly identified as a result of this announcement and will not be subject to the 28 day deadline referred to in Rule 2.6(a) of the Takeover Code for so long as it is participating in the formal sale process. Following this announcement, the Company is now considered to be in an "offer period" as defined in the Takeover Code, and the dealing disclosure requirements listed below will apply.

At this moment we are in FSP that is certain and its still ongoing, where nobody knows who involved due to NDA where major banks involved (no reason to RNS offers due to exception), 15Moz Pd set and we are ok with that alone.. potential for 40Moz upwards incoming, previous AA drilling results are now finally viable in current world climate and exciting where AA got out years ago (be kicking themselves now), we are now waiting on most recent DFS study at West Kymtlin with Rhodium most likely alot higher than anticipated, due to Russian mining law get more acreage in this region which up to now looks fairly HUGE... id say the drops in SP today was due to expected RNS that didnt arrive this gives MM's a field to manipulate, fear not my shipmates... when it lands i think its part of the jigsaw piece to sale.... it may not b case but its my case to hold fort, sit on hands and believe we have a BOD that give satisfaction, im holding in a hell of a lot and i do with confidence

Alot of random newcomers on tonight, its a chat board so obviously join at your peril and bring something to the table, however some of the uneducated drivel i am reading is absolute WILD and obviously conjured up in their own heads OR they trying to force others to make rash decisions, as always i state 'strong buy' .... why because ive read about the potential, listened to other experienced guys, absorbed info in posts and been on board long enough to identify 1 hit wonders and 'other' agenda guys.

Why would we expect that? RNS for WK expected before end of year, either that or id say early next year, the in ground aint going anywhere, still we are in FSP , DLA and other reputable companies still around us invested... sit tight if news comes it comes if it dont ill not b getting into a flap, each of us will b eager to see RNS today based on the expected news but i appreciate things being longer due to other issues in world sit tight is my advice

I disagree, 15 months is figures ive read online and a simple google search shows that. No RNS re sale due to locked in NDA , also WK RNS soon as we were told , correct?

There is a lot of noise regarding amount of time for sales process, we are currently not close to the average time... it can still take months as i posted before with links to massive company sales, that being said i dont think this will take months, if expected RNS aint here by year end then i fully expect to see it in New Year based on last RNS. Alot of people on here getting negative, look at recent news from board i dont see any negativity just a quiet bod due to NDA, if any sales process was off that would warrant an RNS also, so right now process ongoing, we are waiting on WK RNS, the price will fluctuate due to MM's obviously but nothing has changed ... alot of squeeky bums here, sit tight till you hear something and right now all is positive except this bored of people with agendas or who wish the sale was yesterday!!

Hopefully all you guys had a great xmas, see there is doubters on the ship again spreading their negativity, just seen this on the GGP board, quick update of LSE most recommended users... so im sure i know who id rather listen too, and ive been here a long time now... Right now is a strong buy, plenty shares MIA for a large accumulation, no news to warrant a drop... expect a price monitor extension later if it stays down, last 7 days buys outweigh sells, MM's are defo creating their own money spinner by creating the volume, seen it all before yes?

You only invest in mitigation to accidents and safety when you are committed to keeping a process working and work force healthy. You do these things i see you as serious, the other option is wing it :) NN in the region are doing this kinda stuff to lure the best emoyees

Good morning fellow investors, lets get back to the positivity this morning that is EUA, increments each day with the SP reflecting the potential and longetivity of the underground various metals in demand all of which are up for sale, we are looking here at what is considered another Bushveld complex in terms of size according to many reports, all in Norlisk Nickels back yard where NN are building a new hospital ward to be opened in 2022, its the things like that and the capex money being pumped into the region that something huge is going on here , massive banks and funds putting money in cos they dont want to NOT be involved in this sale , somethings brewing and im enjoying it!
