Agree with the view expressed. It's not enough production to turn the operations into profit.

There are much larger companies that have struggled to make money with good output. This is still an early stage company and there are likely to be several more years of losses or negligible profits. Funds will be depleted and a further fund raise at some point will almost certainly be necessary.

The other thing is that the company are very slow to deliver and progress. Look at the tin output which most here would have expected to be much more from a couple of years ago when the company was making statements about production. Lithium and tantalum are still to be delivered. It needs to move along much more quickly. I expect the company would need more money than forecast to go up a gear or two.

Vulpes still own around 10%. The non exec director has some contacts in the biotech industry and may want to get something back.

Even a trade sale, if funding is not an option, is likely to achieve more than the market cap imo.

Yes hardly a concern in the grand scheme of things. Funds will be available for any other acquisitions.

I'm not sure what the point is of Prim as the new investments are still being made in extremely early stage companies so the same mistakes are still being made it seems.

Whenever there has been going concern risks identified the share price of the said company has nearly always fallen a lot from my recollection. Although I like this business I will sit on the sidelines and only consider an investment when these concerns have been addressed through a fund raise etc.

Early days yet but small acquisitions can add value. I remember how HVO started as a tiny and through some savvy acquisitions has grown substantially.

The information doesn't suggest it's a basic check on the test that's just somebody's own interpretation on this board.

On these figures, if they are correct ,forget about multi million IPO 's and I would be wondering why the Board are investing further sums.

The mine is yet to be constructed. How much will that cost?More funds may well be needed in future for that.

It's not easy building a new mine and making it operational. All sorts of hiccups and delays and many companies have gone under recently and others that are struggling to make the mine operationally successful.

The risks are high here imo and first gold pour is in 2027 I understand.
