yes Natdan, agreed. I don't think we need to look too deep to know there is now no/little relationship with either Ncyt or the govt, as LR says we are now competitors with Ncyt. As for the govt, feck knows, as not even they know what they are doing. I am hoping we get something very positive before the Agm as is usual to help smooth things beforehand to give themselves an easier ride.

the govt just seem to want to cosy up to the big boys like AstraZ, ThermoF, etc. Plenty of smaller outfits have been overlooked unless of course they happen to have a mate high up in the govt then multi million ££ contracts are thrown around. I mean how can it be right that start up companies have been given contracts worth tens of millions of ££?

I see the govt are blaming labs for the debacle they are responsible for. Labs like Ygen have been ready and waiting for govt testing for bloody months. No wonder Ygen decided they can stuff it and went down the private route.

there is obviously something good that stirred the pot on Friday. I think I will wait to see what that might be before I consider selling any. A sp does not go up near 20% swiftly on a whiff of bad news does it eh?

there were quite a few trades at 50k and below, so relatively modest amounts which happens when it's tipped by someone like ST from Investors Chronicle. Usually some of his followers will just buy fairly quickly, like happened here. Might well be other reasons of course, so maybe Monday or soon after we will get some news.
