Blimey! I thought this has been obvious for quite a long time. I think it's telling on just how much skin Hall has in the game, virtually NOWT!! I gave Hall the benefit early doors to see if he was any different from most other small Aim outfit CEO's, sorry to say he isn't, sad really!
Having said that, he knows he is only a puppet and with no power and a short 'lifespan' as MMX ceo, so made his mind up to get what he can with a well overpaid salary and ridiculous amount of options.
I just hope the end game is what we all are happy with.

I expect the biggest factor is cost. I believe some of these new 'rapid/quick' test are pretty/very cheap. As you say clinicians prefer pcr and they will always have a role to play.

personally I can't see the point of these poc tests if they are so inaccurate. Whatever happened to ' no test is better than a bad test' ? Until these poc tests are up there with pcr for accuracy then they should not be used imo.

depends if they want accuracy Steve! Don't forget Clarigene will not send out a false negative unlike many others. Any authority close to Manchester (say 50 miles+ radius) will maybe get results inside 24hrs too.

maybe not Steve, but a decent little earner if they could get into a few councils. It's right on their doorstep, so worth a try imo.

Jeeeez! don't want to do much do they. Scared off because of a bit of negotiation. If that's the case then get rid of half the workforce imo. Just what on earth are they all doing?? This business model and income level does NOT need 23 employees.

I don't mind if it's the right acquisition and it helps towards a decent exit price next year, or whatever the conclusion of the 5 year plan is.

what I don't understand is why they are keen to jettison one off brokered sales.Surely that's a good income stream on top, a bit of jam so to speak. They can still work hard on the channel auto renewal stuff, but they seem to want to ignore everything else it seems. why? it's all extra income!

don't know about divis, seems he likes to mention acquisitions at every opportunity so I expect more on that front tbh.

trouble is nowadays 'investors' won't hang around for more than a few days at most. Just look at the 'new' Covid investors, in and out on a daily basis following each other around. Try getting any of them onboard in the knowledge of rewards in 12/18 months time. More like 12/18 mins nowadays. LTH are a thing of the past it seems.
