I really would like to know why the derampers are on here?
1/ I very much doubt they can short this share, if they could they are off the head.
2/ They are hoping to get in at a lower price. They should bite the bullet buy in and shut to F—- up.
3/ They are just bitter and twisted and want to see people loose money. That would be a very sad individual.
My last post Was about capital raise which hopefully we do at minimum 5p then again at 20p.
Someone commented I was rumbled as if I was deramping they are well off the mark check my history never decamped a share yet wouldn’t waste my time.
The derampers I just love the ones that try to spread fear by saying there will be a capital raising. No kidding Sherlock well I certainly hope so as that is how the AIM works. We will need to spend money and lots of it to proof up this find. Ball park figure capital raise at 5p a share another 200,000,000 shares raises £10,000,000 . Then we can have the next capital raise @ 20p a share another 200,000,000 shares raises £40,000,000 Bring it on.
The derampers on here are not very good. It is best not to get into conversation with them that is what they are looking for just remember they have an agenda. Must admit half the time I have not a clue what there agenda is. As I doubt you can short this share, maybe they are just nasty bar stewards.
Many of you will have a larger share holding than all the directors shares added together I know I do. Then we have just had a placing at 0.25p none of the directors participated in this , very negative And this concerned me. A little research greatly reduced my concerns.
Now the big positives the directors s have been granted options I believe it was See RNS Sept 2023. The total options for directors is 33,750,000 @ a price of 6.6p For the directors it is between 8,000,000 to 2,000,000 Lorna has the largest slice 8,000,000
Let us hope that Lorna exercises these options at let us just say a nice round figure when the share price is 20p that would give her a nice little bonus of just over £1,000,000
If AMTE does go into administration would it not just be like vultures just a free for all. While it is listed on the AIM if and I do believe it a great asset with a great future the skys the limit with good management and sound investment. Why take the risk you would think it would make more sense to make a sound offer and take control of the company.
There are 2 posters on here one a romper the other a deramper they shall remain nameless, sure everyone knows who I mean. Unfortunately if you placed them in a large back and kicked it you would get the right one. Considering the share is suspended I fail to understand why they are still posting garbage.
They may very well be nice individuals, and it is the time of year that is having added pressure on there mental state. Hopefully they are taking there medication and try to relax wishing them all the best for 2024.
On Halifax just now 0.85/0.95 dummy sell 1,000,000 @0.915 can only buy 100,000 0.9475 going up today.
I am with the Halifax not straightford for voting. I sent a mail to them they contacted me I had to use a secure password to open the reply they sent me. Basically they said I am now registered to vote but it would be late by them posting me. Using secure password they informed me I could mail them with voting instruction and they would vote on my behave.
Now voted yes to all motions.
Last time I post I was holding just over 700,000 shares added another 200,000 now holding just over 900,000 that is the last top up. This started as a gamble the more research I carried out the less a gamble I felt it was hence further buying. The worst case scenario I think is 1.7p the best case scenario ££££
Just seen your mail I am also with the Halifax and was unable to vote at the last vote as there was no Corporate Action on my account.
When I seen your mail I thought let me have a look to see if there is any Corporate Action for the next vote, as it is nothing yet. So had a Quick Look to see if I can e-mail them my concerns with not being able to vote. I have now sent them an E-mail.
Open your account
1/ Help and guidance (right hand side of the page)
2/Go down to E- mail press on line form.
3/ Very easy to fill in the form with your question.
Hopefully this helps the more of us that contacts them the better and hopefully they get it sorted.
I have noticed a few more derampers the last few days. I always think it is a good sign, and cancertainly shows signs of desperation. I am not sure if they are trying to get in at a lower price, or have shorted it. I am happy with my investment here risk reward👍 but shorting this is risk risk they must be nervous at 07:00 fearing a positive Rns well each to there own.
Considering we have added 80mil shares at 0.5p we have held up well, just part of the jigsaw. A long way to go still very much high risk high reward, not for widows and orphans.
Believe it is a problem with all small stocks. I was getting excited thought we had been suspended, then come out of suspension with great news and trading at 10p and rising.
Just come off Halifax and trying dummy buy/sell not possible this has been for at least 15mins. Also noticed no buys/sells on this site since 09:00.
It has been a rather poor week was expecting plus 2p for opening Monday. At least today was a nice rise and gives us a reasonable launch pad for Monday, close of play next Friday would be very disappointed if not nearer 5p rather than 1p.
I find this rather strange not being able to vote.
Before I said I had had just over 700,000 checked exactly 703641 share at an average of 54 .3p (now I am joking)
I do have 703641 share on the LSE site 16.26m in circulation that works out at 0.4327%not a lot in the grand scheme of things, but that I think I deserve a vote. The share bought recently first purchase 17th Nov last 23rd Nov which has my average at 1.0414p
I am with the Halifax online and have never had a problem before when voting Corporate action and place my vote.
Unfortunately I will not be phoning them up only to be passed from pillar to post for goodness knows how long to be fed B.S.
I feel it is not to late to vote but have until close of markets 16:30 tomorrow. There has been a lot of shares purchased in the last few weeks what % are not getting a vote?
HorisM it is good to have good to debate. Unfortunately I very much doubt the U.K. government would help fund/save us. For that matter it would not matter which government we have in power.
This is a high risk/reward play. I am hopefully in for the long term this is one share that does excite me. Plan is to top slice 20p let the rest ride, hopefully a long term investment with the right funding who knows.
At the moment I hold just over 700,000 share in the company purchase over the the last few weeks in stages. I purchased them via my Halifax share dealing account. I have been checking daily on the account for corporate action regarding voting on the proposals from Pinnacle to date nothing. I have sent an enquiry to AMTE this morning now awaiting reply.
So the clock is ticking not sure if I will be voting or not, how many other shareholders are in the same position.
I would like to see a counter offer but time is running out.
L.S.E. is slightly misleading it states down 5% actually no change. At close last night just over 14% up actually just over 9% up. Based on dummy buys sells.
Can buy 1,200,000 @ 0.995 Can sell complete holding 700,000 0.9375 plus first 4 sells this morning wrong these are all buys.
This was dummy buys sells on Halifax. Hoping and thinking a blue day ahead. Maybe blue already since posting.
Quant I totally agree what you are saying. It does not really matter who is in power in the U.K. they are all very short sighted. No one is prepared to look to the long term, companies like AMTE are the future. It is not a coal mine that is looking for investment. I fear for the future of Europe, China must really be laughing at us, with stealth they are slowly but surely destroying our manufacturing industry. The answer would be for all the governments of Europe for starters stick together and put a 100% tax on this imported crap that come out of China. It may hurt us at first but no pain no gain. But I did say short sighted, plus unfortunately Europe is divided, rant over.
