Considering we have added 80mil shares at 0.5p we have held up well, just part of the jigsaw. A long way to go still very much high risk high reward, not for widows and orphans.

Believe it is a problem with all small stocks. I was getting excited thought we had been suspended, then come out of suspension with great news and trading at 10p and rising.

Just come off Halifax and trying dummy buy/sell not possible this has been for at least 15mins. Also noticed no buys/sells on this site since 09:00.

It has been a rather poor week was expecting plus 2p for opening Monday. At least today was a nice rise and gives us a reasonable launch pad for Monday, close of play next Friday would be very disappointed if not nearer 5p rather than 1p.

I find this rather strange not being able to vote.

Before I said I had had just over 700,000 checked exactly 703641 share at an average of 54 .3p (now I am joking)

I do have 703641 share on the LSE site 16.26m in circulation that works out at 0.4327%not a lot in the grand scheme of things,but that I think I deserve a vote. The share bought recently first purchase 17th Nov last 23rd Nov which has my average at 1.0414p

I am with the Halifax online and have never had a problem before when voting Corporate action and place my vote.

Unfortunately I will not be phoning them up only to be passed from pillar to post for goodness knows how long to be fed B.S.

I feel it is not to late to vote but have until close of markets 16:30 tomorrow. There has been a lot of shares purchased in the last few weeks what % are not getting a vote?

HorisM it is good to have good to debate. Unfortunately I very much doubt the U.K. government would help fund/save us. For that matter it would not matter which government we have in power.

This is a high risk/reward play. I am hopefully in for the long term this is one share that does excite me. Plan is to top slice 20p let the rest ride, hopefully a long term investment with the right funding who knows.

At the moment I hold just over 700,000 share in the company purchase over the the last few weeks in stages. I purchased them via my Halifax share dealing account. I have been checking daily on the account for corporate action regarding voting on the proposals from Pinnacle to date nothing. I have sent an enquiry to AMTE this morning now awaiting reply.

So the clock is ticking not sure if I will be voting or not, how many other shareholders are in the same position.

I would like to see a counter offer but time is running out.

L.S.E. is slightly misleading it states down 5% actually no change. At close last night just over 14% up actually just over 9% up. Based on dummy buys sells.

Can buy 1,200,000 @ 0.995 Can sell complete holding 700,000 0.9375 plus first 4 sells this morning wrong these are all buys.

This was dummy buys sells on Halifax. Hoping and thinking a blue day ahead. Maybe blue already since posting.

Quant I totally agree what you are saying. It does not really matter who is in power in the U.K. they are all very short sighted. No one is prepared to look to the long term, companies like AMTE are the future. It is not a coal mine that is looking for investment. I fear for the future of Europe, China must really be laughing at us, with stealth they are slowly but surely destroying our manufacturing industry. The answer would be for all the governments of Europe for starters stick together and put a 100% tax on this imported crap that come out of China. It may hurt us at first but no pain no gain. But I did say short sighted, plus unfortunately Europe is divided, rant over.

Maybe still early but I have not received anything yet from the Halifax regarding voting on this offer from Pinnacle.

I really am hoping for a counter offer or better still a few counter offers. My preference would be for U.K. investment in this company, and be in for the long haul. This is a journey that could really pay off rather than a quick buck.

Quant thanks for your mail well received. I should have seen that, I have carried out a fair amount of research on this company. I would hate to see it fail & in my frustration unfortunately has ended up with me pointing my finger at the B.O.D. they really do require a good kick up the A—-

May Pinnacle will not be such a bad deal if they are planning on shaking things up.

The question that I do not known the answer to and I was hoping someone could help is. Why do we have 7 people on the board. They are not working for free. In salary’s alone it is over £400,000 . One of these directors is on the board of another 6 companies. Alone this year they have watched us come from 70p to 1p. Personally if it was myself of would be somewhat embarrassed.

Moving forward let us hope Pinnacle is not the only offer we are going to receive. Please let us receive a good counter offer from someone who is going to fund this company. I honestly think we can forget about government funding at the moment.

This truly is a great opportunity but is someone going to take it on ?

It is very quiet we just need even a small amount of positive news and this will be over 2p in a flash. It is a long time since I have been so excited about a share, this is the future, we have to back u.k. industries. The thought of been held to ransom by the Chinese it is crazy.

I bought in this morning 200,000 @ 1.03p I think it is a gamble, but for me the reward outweighs the risk. It will move very quickly when it does either zero or a few multiples of 1p ???

I have checked since buying the spread is very tight, would I be right in saying the MM are short of shares and looking to push this higher.

It takes less than a minute report this clown LSE need to remove him. First time I have ever reported anyone on LSE but he is way over the top.

Considering not so long ago this was sub1p and now we get a placing away at 1.5p we have to be pleased with that. All companies on AIM need placings that is why they are there.
