I am NOT a fan of the BOD, however:
They could have decided to accelerate the business plan which may mean ordering more machines, more raw materials and extending the size of the company in terms of employment, all extra to their first projections.
BUT, take all points about integrity of BOD and if there is a placing ,which he makes a killing on, then if sp multiplies then everyone benefits.
If you hate them that much and think you're gonna be fleeced then just SELL up.

Why would people want to sell into close as they will lose their divi? won't be on books on 11th.
Only exception are the people who bought earlier on today when sp was lower and are too late for the divi.

Cipro, you are misleading people. I have already quoted from the RNS in a previous post, but you have chosen to ignore.
FROM RNS re divi payment "The Company intends to pay the Special Dividend on 6 January 2021 to Braveheart shareholders on the register on 11 December 2020. "
If you sell tomorrow (10th)you WILL NOT be on the register on Friday 11th, therefore NOT be able to claim DIVI.

BRH have awarded a large divi to placate upset shareholders.
They have cash to last 6 months and bring Paraytec to commercial trials.
Must be confident that something will happen in next 6 months to get cash, further sell off????
Would be very bad of them to give money away, then contemplate a money raise next year.
imo expect another divi within 6 months.

I've got an open mind on this, but a while ago there were rumours of activity in India (never substantiated). No smoke without fire and think its awful that you had to read such vitriolic responses last night.
They could have just said they didn't believe you, without proof.
