The UK is small in comparison to the whole world and I think that they should concentrate on the USA, where they will be better received.
This gov have now gone from the extreme of buying anything, to squeezing suppliers after they have entered into their trials.
Same thing happening with LFT's where gov bought millions from China that didn't work. Now they have squeezed the price right down to restrict future orders and introduced these new laws.
Shame that British tech needs to go abroad again to make it, shoved out by inept gov and cartel of large pharmas who bribe some scientists.
All imo of course, have a good weekend all, the future is bright.
Next week could be the one for a reversal of sentiment.

Looks like the first step is for the application to be accepted,THEN each company has to get shareholder approval and can't list until this approval has been granted.
From RNS Nov "4D intends to post a circular to shareholders giving further details of the Merger and convening a general meeting to approve certain resolutions in connection with the Merger after the Registration Statement has been declared effective by the SEC (currently expected in early Q1 2021)."
Also deadline extended to end of May (RNS 23rd Nov):
"Longevity has now received approval from its shareholders to the extension of the deadline by which Longevity is required to consummate a business combination, to 29 May 2021, thereby allowing sufficient time for satisfaction of the remaining conditions to the Merger, including the filing of a registration statement on Form F-4 (the "Registration Statement") in order to allow 4D to apply to admit its American Depositary Shares for trading on NASDAQ and the convening of a shareholder meeting of both Longevity shareholders and 4D shareholders."
