I think the main turning point will be licencing the mask out, or crop studies.

Yes m/c is running at a rate of 58%,
the capacity is related to the maximum it can produce, i.e running 24/7 is when it can achieve max capacity.
What I'm trying to say is capacity is not related to rate but TOTAL volume it can produce
