He had the initiative to go out and get in early, it's a thumbs up from me.

Main steps in my opinion:
1. Good clinical data
2. Good deal to mass manufacture the unit with a top company
3. Third party to control rest of process - by JV/ selling/ licencing of some other tie up.

From a simplistic point of view, Paraytec own the equipment and Aptamer group supply the reagent.
I do not think AZ would be interested in a buyout of this equipment, it's more likely that a large electronics firm would be interested imo.
Are the aptamers supplied by Aptamer Group patented?
Could be complicated in arranging a deal if so, as Paraytec will only have control over the machinery.

What ever option it has to be positive, but I do believe that selling off covid part would unlease a lot of money to progress the company. It has already been said by Dr Cave that his heart is in the "other" business that is being researched. Anyway longshot but may happen, all options are viable. gla

Good post.
My thoughts on it ,to make it simple, would be for P2F to sell the patent and tech for antiviral layer, en-bloc, to Volz. They could get cash and/or royalties on sales, or just supply the anti-viral layer.
Then they could concentrate on the original purpose of the company, improving yields/ health of crops using nanotechnology. I think this is big also.
This is a bit left field, but would attract a massive cash input to the company.
Numerous options and can't wait to hear which road they are taking.

Tyche, no it can't but there are lots of niche's in the overall market. I'm big into AVCT and think that the we are going to be big.
