There has been a massive over shoot to the downside when this bounces it will run hard. 1.40 to 12p is wrong. There are still alot if shares tightly held cpr followed farmout and or bid still highly likely. Interesting week ahead imho

Your negativity is as a result of the share price. I suspect its more about your outlook lack of research and agenda.

Markets are tough prices are down to insane levels ignoring all historical valuation matrix and negative spin is currently supported by market makers trying to make a buck.

Marking prices down to low levels generates some volume but ultimately will cost them jobs as the market needs true valuations to create real volume.

Advanced discussions with commercial partners including key players in the snack food industry are taking place in order to launch multiple products using Microsalt this year, with purchase orders anticipated in short order.

How do they get to the point of orders with key players without their IP stacking up. That wouls be stupid which I doubt any of these key players are. It is a given that their IP is solid

There are loads of low salts out their. True so why are key players going to place orders with Microsalt. Because it doesnt affect the flavor and reduces the sodium content by circa 50%

It reads like Microsalt IPO is happening it looks like we have significant key player orders imminent time to invest pre float news is demonising.

Belluscura order is hugely significant and market reaction so far is crazy since they missed expected sales target earlier in the year the share price fell from way over £1 to 35p this order smashes current order expectations if you take a year long view with their sales network one would expect to see multiples of current 15m order.

Lucyd need to get the branded glasses to market and add more brands.

Guident very few get there will be very big news at some point re shocks and the monitoring business they are in a rapidly expanding market worth billions and they are a key player with their partnerships and collaborations.

As for Tek as a whole sum of parts is significantly above share price but once the market grasps how huge Microsalt and Guident are sum of the parts won't be the matrix for valuation. The market is tough but companies are valued at many times sales that are expanding rapidly are still out there e.g Nvidia. I am intrigued to see Microsalt unfold their market scale is beyond comprehension

Within a very short time frame our holding in Belluscura will be worth more than our current market cap. This leaves TEK massively undervalued IMHO

This changes things massively transformational news for Bell IMHO

Reading posts about Guident and Microsalt it is clear that there is a general lack of understanding as to the size and scale that exists for the Autonomous monitoring, shock absorber business and Microsalt.

The Microsalt float should be a transformational point in the process of investors understanding at least one of our assets.

Microsalt is truly huge as is Guident neither are £20m assets both very significantly higher imho

Given they currently have cash runway to end of 2024 any placing assumptions assumes nothing is going to happen in the 16 months or so.

Evgen board are building some very decent collaborations I suspect we will learn more in the not to distant future.
