Restructuring doesn't tend to be repayment. I suspect they will repay some and defer some to a later date.

As the move into profitability surplus cash flow should allow the debt to be repaid.

I still expect them to be bought out as current valuation v ip is a gift imho

The 5p v underlying value is too low they have left the door wide open for a takeover aquirer will be able to gain a large stake for a relatively low figure imho

It is essential that they get to profitability this year and with recent contract wins and more likely to follow they look like finally they are getting there. Let's see what they say in the webinar good luck to holders

The recent price of the fundraise was disappointing to say the least. For new investors dare I say it looks a very decent entry point. The underlying value of their business is significantly above current share price making it highly likely it will get snapped up. Good luck to all holders let's hope it starts a rerate and gets to a much higher price before a bid comes along imho

£4m of cash generates £10m of sales gross profit £6m Gross profit % 60%.

£10m of sales factored generates £8m of funding factored.

£8m of cash generates £20m of sales and so on.

With fortune 500 companies placing orders you can very quickly see how this scales up and factoring companies would bite their arm off.

This is going to explode very quickly in my view expect to see more deals very soon IMHO

Confidentiality I suspect. It doesn't matter fortune 500 and ultimately 7000 stores. Big things are happening for Microsalt I don't there will be many cheap shares left come the end of the day IMHO

You need alot of 3% shareholders to take this out I don't see it happening unless its a big price

Tek has some fairly chunky large holders the time for cheap shares is very much running out. We are one decent rns away imho

It always seems that investors generally take Lucyd to be the lesser company and not really the one that investors point to for the upside. Last night's presentation included an awful lot for Lucyd and the general tone was very bullish, regularly referring to their glasses as the best. The CEO also referenced the scale of the market and given Lucyd low market cap a very small percentage of this market (which is huge) would give a very significant market cap for Lucyd. Must admit I suspect Lucyd will prove many wrong as it will be a real winner. Why wouldn't you have glasses that look great with all the tech when the price is comparable. So much more to come from this one imho

Without the benefit of what is actually happening with contract negotiations etc it is very difficult for everyone to play football manager as to what they should do.
Personally I rate Cliff and the team assembled at each company. If you believe we are to be serially diluted and won't get fair rewards it is simple solution sell up and move on.
I am more than happy to wait for these companies to achieve fair value. Microsalt float will give much great transparency as to where we are and remove the need for TEK to fund
