A very significant few weeks for TEK with:-

$15m order for Belluscura and licencing deal for China

New patents for Microsalt effectively confirming the products works in Bread Bakery and associated products.

Revive spun out of Guident shock absorber business is now a stand alone business which is a clear signal for me.

Given all of the above TEK share price has improved a little but barely reflects the significance of the news and still trades at less than half of NAV before we start talking about the enterprise value upside for each of the companies.

I expect we will see a significant rerate near term perhaps Microsalt IPO will be the catalyst

Yesterday's RNS has likely caught market makers short of stock and buying/short closing today likely to see a sharp rise in the share price IMHO

Todays news really does p-ss on Louis parade one of the banker statements gone shares quarterly to be dumped on the market no not there this time how about forward selling nah that ain't happening either.

How about short it ahead of shares coming on to the market oh dear will have to close in to a rising market.

Also a fund is prepared to invest obviously they believe the Netherland and Sewell report remind me of the contingent resource 1 billion barrels.

The sheer size and scale of the market for microsalt is truly incredible. Bread alone is huge but we also have baked products.

One day the market will wake up but in the meantime the share price of TEK is a gift. I doubt this will last too much longer IMHO

If you accept quoted values for Innovative Eye Wear and Belluscura at £10m then the other 3 business are £3m each.

Current share price for TEK is clearly massively undervalued IMHO

Tek now has 5 business and a circa £20m market cap

In reality I suspect each of the business are worth more than £4m with the exception of Innovative Eye wear at £2.5m

The scale of each business and the size of each of the markets are huge.

Always had this has 5 Companies all for under £20m valuation is a mile off where it should be.

ReVive Energy Solutions, ltd is clearly a very significant business hence the segregation.

I Think it is a Jam tomorrow company and cake and champagne for those you have the time and patience to load up and wait. IMHO

Ultimately TEK is cheap v its NAV markets have been truly awful but it does feel like things are starting to re-rate. I still Bell is cracking value on a 12 month view which has further significant implications. Guident UK market has zero feel for what is happening in the Autonomous vehicle space it will catch up a some point. As for Microsalt lets see what happens with the IPO and what information comes out around their plans. I still have a view that the scale of the market is incredible IMHO

Already massively undervalued any Microsalt float news or contract news could very easily see this more than double imho

Market valuations are often irrational. TEK has 4 very unique investments all of which have very significant upside from current valuations. Given TEK's current discount to NAV it makes it more appealing.

Microsalt IPO will be an interesting event but merely the start for Microsalt. The float should be a catalyst for massive expansion.

Guident tier 1 shock absorber proof of concept agreement has gone unnoticed and the increasing income stream from the autonomous monitoring business is under the Radar

Bell were talking about potential for over 5000 units a month 12 months out. This would lead to a telephone share price for Bell . With over 15m shares held TEK is a nice route in to Bell with the additional benefits of their other 4 companies
