With the pace of things in Mongolia I suspect the refinery/pipeline won't be ready until at least 2026. Can PM last that long on current capital? Will PIs / institutions / banks have enough faith to stump up more? Who knows.

At least I ADMIT i don't know anything at all that hasn't been RNSed. I think Mr Buck is at the mercy of the GoM (as we all are) and he can do very little to progress things. If the Heron permission is signed off soon they may start pumping oil this year but I doubt it. I would guess the main effort would be to maximise production by drilling more wells rather than marketing a trickle of oil. A cash raise will be needed IMV (gotto keep those salaries flowing at least).

i think if mb (or one of his staff) reads this bb he is well aware of what his shareholders are thinking. he's probably ****timg himself in case the mg really stitch him up & everyone ends up losing.

Actually I think the reason is that you think those with a less than rosy view may well be right and you are getting seriously worried about your investment (if you made one)
