5 days or 5 working days, not long to go and we will have confirmation tomorrow and latest monday morning. Alot of people have got load of money in this and I hope for all those people sake BoD get their act togather and bring some good news.

started on 25 Nov and will finish 30 Nov which is sunday so I am expecting an RNS tomorrow if somethign good is in the pipe line. Having an RNS on Monday is unlikely but you never know with numpties in our BOD

Very confusing situation IMHO. Thing is if there is nothing in pipeline then why ask for waiver for 5 days from senior lender. Senior lender should do whatever they are intending to do now why wait 5 days. Why keep mentioning possible equity investment when nothing is going to happen. I seriously hope that a good offer will come through which will be acceptable to all. Whatever will happen will happen within next 5 days. Personally I think we will know tomorrow and I am hoping for offer from investor. Don’t think it will go to Monday. All the best fellow holders. We all need it.

senior lender has accepted to reschedule the loan and offfered more capital for bringing Ethanol business upto speed without selling Oil saide. That would be better I think SP will blast off properly

Just a thought nothing more! Last time we stayed under 3p for some time and then one day we moved to 3p and the next day offer RNS hit the market. Will it be the case again? RNS tomorrow morning New offer ? who knows.

I will be happy with 12p as well. But I think we will go beyond that on the right news and bit better communication from BoD.

SP fall when buys are 10 time sells today. I think lack of communication from BoD numpties.

Now then Gary1981. I personally cannot see 1p level happening here then again never say never Maple is a funny one. I would top up more if it does as I can see 5 bagger here minimum on any reasonablly good news whihc is very possible in near future. Very less chance of a bad news IMO. Then again never say never. Lets hope for the best for everyone.

Based on this chances of going into administration are very very low espacially when they have assets of great value. this is only one part of list of assets they have. Plant and macinary, electricity generation plats, oil and gas part of busniess and list goes on and on. Great value for money at the current level. Great find mate

What we know Maple is looking for investor to invest and willing to sell part of the business. Most important part is oil and gas part of Maple which is making very decent profits for Maple and we have seen quite a bit of interest in buying that part of business by third parties and few offers came out for that. Senior lender is looking at the situation very closely and obviously wants to go with the option which secures their loan the most and last offer was not doing it hence maple terminated those discussion even though new director were part of both businesses. My guess senior lender used their veto power and vetoed the last offer. Ethanol part of business is the one in trouble at the moment due to bad production, bad weather etc etc and have big debt outstanding for which senior lender is being consulted and their agreement is vital. My take now. BoD have another offer in the pipe line or at the very least are in discussion with unknown third party and we will soon have an offer on the table for Oil and Gas part of Maple and cash received will be used to bring Ethanol business up to speed. Obviously offer that was turned down by BoD was best one with $47 million and 2500 hectors of land lease for sugarcane cultivation. You never know they might come back now with the offer which was considered is out of way. If that happens and with current SP we have atleast 4 time price rise, may be more who knows. I have averaged down this beast if it wakes up I will be sorted all in my honest opinion. Great price to get in reward extremely outweighs the risk here at the current SP. DYOR.

Technically it should follow the Lima price as its for same company how can they have 2 separate price . Only my opinion. Good level to join in now. multibagger IMO. Any offer and we will be over to 7-8 p ish level in minutes.

Shareholders should take legal action against BoD and they should be jailed for lying twice and not telling Shareholder true picture on time. Can we all PI’s do it some how I would like to see these numpties behind bars.

Farid dont worry mate you are not alone I am in the same situation mate. Poor very poor BoD communication I know but if deal happen then we will be sorted but negativity all over at the moement its part of this B*tch AIM market's nature.

No matter how you look at it, left right centre. it all depends on the deal and how BoD approach that deal. if goes through in any shape or form SP will be alot higher than currently level and if not then alot lower. in either case we wont see thsese levels for very long time then. In AIM market no news is always taken as bad news and Maple BOD as taking a Pi$$ at the moment. Which cause doubt and AIM is very cruel market doesn’t forgive that. Patience if deal is genuine and will go through then no need to worry, and if it’s not then God help us all. I am holding tight to my shares that tell my stance. DYOR . Good luck
