Well that’s how I look at this. Ethanol struggling and senior lender not supportive at the moment and to avoid further damage to SP BoD have decided to suspend the dealing temporarily as they know the AIM market it will destroy the SP for something we all already knew. We are all forgetting the part of the RNS that’s clearly states Oil and Gas part of business is working as normal and have nothing to do with Ethanol Crisis that is once we are over with Ethanol problems worse case scenario senior lender take over all the assets of ethanol business we will have only Oil and Gas business left which is with no share left for shareholders from ethanol assets. Recently Iol and gas was valued and offer around $47 million which is roughly £35 million which is roughly 25p. I know it’s not as simple as that but we will even with the worst case scenario will have fair share left from Oil and Gas side. Don’t worry Holders. Dooms day preachers are here I don’t understand why when they are not holding any shares and Maple trading is suspended temporarily. Obviously some hidden Agenda, don’t listen to them and stay put hopefully we will see blue skies soon.

Ok I know people had enough of this Company and BoD not playing it right. I got to get this absolutely clear in my head and I am sure it will help other holders and potential new buyers. RNS refers to senior lender and only Ethanol business. Does that mean that we got debt on only Ethanol business and if that debt is recalled by Lender they only have right on the Ethanol business and assets associated with ethanol business? Can someone with experience answer is question or can someone with contact details of the company ask this question to them. Answer will make this a lot clearer to us. If its only on ethanol business then we are perfectly safe as Oil and Gas is making decent profits and we will have more than enough to get us back to 20p+ in short term. Thanks alot

today. gives me confidence that people are still hoping for good result in the end. 20% for Maple is nothing it can go up 205 in 20 seconds with right news. Over all I would say SP has not done bad at all today. Let hope for a good update tomorrow with Offer on the table which no one could reject.

Shakey- personally I think that would be best case senarios for us if its true that Oil and Gas side is independent and not responsible for debt at all and if Ethanol side gooes down we get to keep all oil and gas busniess with 164 million shares in issue and oil and gas was priced at $47million which is about £35 million which gives us 21p per share. i will be delighted by that outcome.

exactly thats what confuse me as well. Is debt only secured againsts Ethonal business or overall all Maple business if its only ethanol then we are ok we get to keep all oil side and we will be laughing. But need clarification. Even if it is on all business IMHO we will have left over more than current SP if they sell them competitively in the open market. Why are we thinking that way ???? we wont go down that route we will be taken over my opinion only though. Gut feeling

Why are they delaying the inevitable? Why? If Maple is going down then why keep on delaying. If there is nothing in pipeline then why doesn’t senior lender exercise the last option to recall all debt which will put Maple into administration and out us all out of misery, because IMHO even in that case shareholder will get more than what the current SP is. Maple assets are a lot more than debts. I am soooooooooooooo confused. Is it possible that BoD are trying on purpose to Fu*k the shareholder and playing game for senior lender. Why get 5 days waiver when they knew nothing will happen. Someone need to look into this and need to get clarification from numpties and what they are playing at.
