My Message to Genedrive:

I am investor in Genedrive and at present in loss with poor communication and performance by BoD led by CEO.

I demand to know what exactly are BoD directors are doing especially CEO for making sure they dont ruin our investment with their sheer incompetency of not being able to sell a Gold Standard test and explain the reason why they cant sell and why they should remain in job for poor performance at the expense of investor.

Your prompt response will be highly appreciated.

Absolutely, David Budd is ABSOLUTELY crap at communication, if I am not passionate and excited about my own product then who will buy it. He wasted couple of great opportunities. Still not too late but he is just hiding in his BUD somewhere. Come on man we Pi's are being slaughter here for your DAM INCOMPETENCY.

SO at that rate he has been paid close to £100K in last 3 months and what has he done personally. make a cup of tea for Scientist working hard as he is definitely not doing what he should be selling the gold standard product.

Is he paid £325k for doing F**k all or is he paid that salary to make sure SP get F**ked

We got no choice for now as we are stuck with these CROOKS BoD led by an incompetent CEO who doesn't know how to sell and be up beat about his company and products.

Punter I invested in product and still am holding for the same reason but I didn't knew BoD are crap. This might put dent on their ill soul and they get their act together

Genedrive have Great scientist team but incompetent management team. Scientist developed a great product in quick time and management lying on the back side doing what. I want to know???????????????????????????????????

Just quick one for BOD especially David Budd, How does it feel to destroy the SP and with it many many Pi,s life savings mate. You set yourself a time frame no one asked you to do that and then not delivering. Driving business forward at snail space and competing in market which run on a flash pace. Do you sleep well at night. I am looking at 60K loss at the moment and that is my frustration coming out now . Not meant to upset anyone but David Budd which I know he wont be bothered.

I have been following this board for long time and currently holding just over 82k shares at average of 130p before people shot me down for ramper or De-ramper. great product and I strongly believe in it hence £110k invested. One thing I am really disappointed is DB lacks business acumen. He could have played it totally different to have better impact on SP. All small individual news regarding applying for approval throughout June could have been RNS'ed separately. £1 million sale even though small but could have been reported when it happened and we could have been 130p plus now even with delayed sales and stuff but we are where we are and hopefully he will have learned that in COVID market you have to update market even if you FART Mr. Budd, applying for approval and small sales are massive mate. Question guys. Placing shares are to be approved by shareholders at AGM 27th May through resolution to give directors authority to issue share. If we all join forces to vote through proxy againsts it, we can stop it and then directors have to look for more sensible placing or consider right issue? I'm up for it but need all fellow shareholder's help and advice. All sensible and serious opinions please

Well if it is then BoD should issue new RNS to confirm. It will not effect SP now anyway at the moment as we are suspended but good to know parties are interested. Light at the end of the tunnel I guess

To me it sounds like the old offer which never went ahead as senior lender dismissed it few months ago.

I dont think so, what it says in RNS is Trading in the Company's shares on AIM will remain suspended at this time, which means fo rnow not for the duration of the agreement as soon as we are in clear it will start trading could be early next year. AIMHO. DYOR

That’s how I look at this. Senior lender has shown some confidence in Maple as have given time to sort Ethanol side out. They kept control in their hand and want to see if BoD can turn it around. Oil and Gas can be sold to pay back some of the loan to senior lender as we knew that from before that we are trying to sell it. We had couple of offer to sell Oil and Gas side for close to $50 million. If sold and loan paid off we will be in a lot better position. All depends on the Harvest now and Ethanol price. If we get good harvest and Ethanol price bit better it will have very good impact on our situation. Overall I would read it as good news showing some confidence from Senior Lender in Maple.

If Oil and Gas is also included in Gurantee then why say Oil and Gas still working as normal when Lender have calle din for loan and at no point in any RNS it refer to senior lender and and Maple eneegy as whole business always refer to Ethanol business seperately. Then again only my opinion. Good luck us all
