Just Rough Calculations....27 Nov 2014 14:02
Any comment would be nice. Let’s for argument sake consider we go down and Maple goes into administration. What assets do we have to cover debts? 7500 hectors of land which is approximately $95 million (7500 hectors X $12500 per hector), Oil and gas business $50 million, World class Ethanol plant $20-30 million, Electricity generation plant $25-30 million, and Miscellaneous assets $15-20 million. All figures are approximate figure and don’t hold me responsible for Value just trying to work this in my mind for worse case scenario. Total Value approximately $225 million and how much debt we got correct me if I am wrong approximately £190 million which leaves approximately $35million for shareholders. Fair enough I am not considering costs and etc but $35 million is approximately £20 million which is approximately 12p per share left after debt paid off. Not bad is it.
