Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
Something is definitely not right. Production targetted for the 1st half of this year, supposedly progressing toward that yet the share price continues to be decimated.
Shed, I thought JP said during one of the FSC's that going forward the content and timing of RNS's would be less PI centric. I don't recollect him actually stating they would be slowing things down, more along the lines of the line he uses for the GSA that timings were less important than the final result.
Zeetruth - I appreciate your positivity, I'm a holder here too and want the company to succeed, but when are those deals going to 'roll in'? I've already gone grey!
If quoted deadlines are missed and no news is forthcoming investors are entitled to ask questions, especially with the sp at a 5 year low, as HKU points out. It's not about doing any old PR, it's about offering a bit of transparency.
HKU - I've all but given up, the company are clearly not interested in investors unless it's their mates. They lurch from one missed timeline to another and have failed to deliver any tangible progress that the market can factor into the share price. We're just left hanging on in hope, not exactly a great reward or place to be for any long term holder.
Having had no response from AEG or Cobant I've now emailed the NCBR. What's that thing Einstein said about insanity...?
I asked JP for a full update as to the current activities, he got straight back to me and confirmed that the latest stationery order had just been received, however, the box of rubbers they ordered hasn't arrived, and as we all should know, without rubbers there's no action...
NFL - "Anybody want to buy a woodworking company in Newfoundland making kitchen cabinets??"
With comments like this, I'm sure every investor in AEG wishes you all the best in your endeavours that you felt impelled to share with us earlier.
I've contacted Cobant as an alternative to the mute AEG.

And this from a company update;
Further to the update provided on 28 September 2018, Active Energy's Joint Venture company with Cobant Sp. z o.o., submitted an application to the National Centre for Research and Development ("NCBR") in Poland whom are responsible for the disbursement of EU grants, requesting grant funding to subsidise the development of its SuperFuelâ„¢ technology. The approval for this funding by NCBR is still pending. Although no assurances can be given that NCBR will approve the funding, there have been ongoing discussions between the relevant parties over recent weeks and the Board of Active Energy has been advised that a definitive decision should be communicated during Q1 2019
NF - From a previous RNS:
"This new 'Super Fuel' has been co-developed by Cobant within an existing R&D project that has been partly funded by the Polish National Centre for Research and Development from European Regional Development Fund of the European Union".
AEG + the EU, to meet a timeline ... what are the odds?! ;)
Richard, I hate to be a 'topper' but add another year to that for me in Sou, also my biggest holding, we've certainly seen some ups and downs! Thought I recognised your name from over there.
AEG is a different beast, certainly when it comes to investor communication, I've never had a reply to any email, and news is a long time coming. If we can actually get into production in the near future then things should start turning round with the sp, then it would be good timing indeed.
Let's hope. AEG needs to start delivering on all fronts now, well for me they do. So far this has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing company to have been invested in. If this and SOU come good this year I'll be very happy to cash out and limit my future investment in AIM stocks to some shorter-term trades. I've gone grey in the time I've been waiting.
That's about the most sensible thing you've said Jez ;) After being invested here for so long the LE can't come soon enough for me!
BF,
Good luck with that, I've never had a response in any shape or form to any email I've sent the company. There have been a few posters on here who, in the past, who regularly claimed to have been in communication with the company and would jump on anyone less than ultra-positive, but they are conspicuous by their absence these days.
I would very much welcome any form of a regular update from the company as progress here seems painfully slow.
Fair play for trying.
Added a few more myself to bring the average down on my main holding but tempted to buy a few more for a short term trade. There's so much potential here but it seems there is also always something lurking to trip us up when we start to move forward.
Jack, I hear you! After the last 12 months it would be very tempting, however, I don't think we'll really see that much value factored into the share price until an offer is tabled. As per other comments, the lack of activity with TE-11 does fly in the face of back to back drilling. I've only been invested for 10 years, I should have given up trying to work out what's going on by now!
Jack, I firmly believe they've had a plan from day one. Tendrara has always been stated as being an asset that is more appropriate to a much bigger company than Sound. The team that has been assembled has direct experience of working for the 'majors', they know exactly what boxes they need to tick.
We're funded for three drills, it's always been a 3 well campaign and not attempt to drill the palaeozoic would go totally against us being an explorer. The prospective purchaser is expecting TE-11 to test this zone.
DM that's why I had to ask ;)
