Rift, the problem is there's been a succession of posters that have appeared over recent times that spam the board with ultra positive 'this is going to the moon' type posts who offer no balance and label anyone who is even a little bit cautious as a deramper. History shows that those type of posters are only interested in dragging in as many people as they can until they achieve their target price, then they disappear again in a flash. I sincerely hope you are genuine, I sincerely hope this deal sees Chariot have turned a corner and we can all 'enjoy big gains'. We'll just have to wait and see.
I'm back in the UK over Easter but alas already have things booked in, would have been good to hear what they have to say first hand and meet some fellow sufferers, sorry investors. One of those appointments is at the dentist, I hope the AGM isn't like pulling teeth and there is some significant progress on the US operations.
TST, I knew you had a sense of humour in there somewhere ;) Larry has said updates on Morocco expected in the next 2-3 months. Don't think we'll see farm in news in the interim but hope to be pleasantly surprised. However, I agree with growler, I think you'll vanish as quickly as you appeared.
Just waiting for the days that it's manipulated upwards!
Too much to ask?
Excellent post from BBN, well reasoned and balanced. I'm happy to hold despite the ramptastic distractors who have tried their utmost to pump this for the last few days. ;)
Oh no of course, wouldn't want to interrupt your incessant ramping. Maybe you shouldn't take yourself so seriously.
Oh and I just like to poke fun at the 'rampers' occasionally, a bit of badger baiting if you like.
It's never been Sou's intention to produce, the remit has been exploration, discovery and then sell. It's taken a lot longer than any of us anticipated, even with the backing of the Moroccans. Chariot is in my opinion undervalued, but there is a legacy reason for that and markets seem less willing than previously to price in potential. I'm not negative, just keeping my feet firmly on the ground.
Maestro, I know, I've been invested in Sou since time began ;) We've been waiting on the Gas sale agreement there, $7-9 has been given as a guide. The Moroccans are very keen to become self-sufficient for gas production so I can see that they will want to facilitate the development of the Lixus license, but they will also want things done properly. There will, therefore, be periods where progress appears to be slower than many 'investors' like. The market may also not price in as much for the asset and as soon as many would like. This addition to Chariots portfolio is very welcome, just not getting carried away. Though I won't mind if the sp does keep rising like this!
Only teasing. LTH's here have not just been bitten once or twice by Chariot, but three or four times. Alas Chariot up to now hasn't delivered so there is still a fair amount of skepticism that the current rise will be sold off once the traders who will have jumped in feel its run out of steam. The Brazil farm in news would be a massive boost as there will undoubtedly be periods of no news as Morocco develops, for some it's been a long time coming.
Was a lot quieter on here over the weekend but you new boys are back at it today, top work lads, tires me out just reading all your posts. Haven't you got day jobs...oh hang on. ;)
Anyway, shouldn't be too long to wait for some further news on Morocco, if Larry is true to his word, this time. And of course, Brazil farm in news can't be far off .... Just going for a laydown, serious case of deja vu making me dizzy.
roll on 20p. In Rift and Top we trust!
The product is a great one, if we could actually get into production and generate revenue then the potential here is massive. The problem is we've taken a too long and winding route to get to where we are. The share price decline has not been right, there has to have been something going on in the background that is not in the interest of LTH's.
Then you get things like Timberlands might be sold to Spinks bandied about, pure speculation maybe but I've got a very uneasy feeling we're being shafted here along the lines HKU mentions
''AEG will not communicate with anyone other than via RNS or shareholder calls''. Well your 'little chat' doesn't quite fit in with that, does it? If you're to be believed then it's a case of we're all equal, just some are more equal than others!
Rather than being a deramper, I'm an investor who is 85% down and sick and tired of being expected to just take it on blind faith that everything is ok.
It's easy to throw the deramper around, it's not unheard of that those looking to offload shares will ramp to try to get the best price possible on the way out.
'Bed & ISA' transactions and bored day traders....oh that's ok then. All we need is those w45k3r5 Dr Maccers and FourPrinces to turn up and tell us we're going to be 12p in a couple of months. Sorry PotPot, I'm not having a go at you, I'm afraid I'm just all out of patience for excuses.
Keep buying lads, I've still got a fair distance to go to break even. And to think I was 90% up at one point, doh!
Karny, it was tongue in cheek about keeping it civil, a sense of humour is about all I've got left from my investment here.
I'm quite happy to fire off another email, keeping it civil will be the hard part!
bottom_feeder, Can't knock you for trying, but as myself and a few others on here can attest, the company just does not engage. I've never even had so much as an acknowledgment to an email.
I've recently sent emails to AEG, Cobant and the NCBR, all without reply. This whole thing seems dead in the water.
Yep agree, there have definitely been some nefarious dealings going on and I think we've been mugged off here. I doubt we will survive in the current format long enough to reach first production revenues. AIM is a cesspit of sharks.
More like running on hot air!
Re-reading the operational updates and what sticks out is everything is 'potential'. Though we did sign a letter of intent with Almanac, abbreviated to 'lol'... maybe we should have taken the hint.
