What he/she was trying to do last night was apply NCM's conservative, underground stoping phase 1 mine operational costs @ $84/tonne - actually $81/tonne according to GGP using the correct exchange rate to Bulk Underground production.

The first Stoping operation has naturally has lower volumes, due to the inherent volume limitations of the Stoping technique and higher costs - ore transport to surface limitation, requirement for drill and blast / explosives, and extra material handling, and subsequence labour in back pasting costs )

But you cannot apply this to the anticipated Bulk under ground block caving grades of the larger scale deposit where the cost per tonne would be circa $25-27/tonne

This is a totally and fundamentally inappropriate comparison made by BiggL - It's like comparing two completely different company cost structures, AND specifically designed to imply that anything under 1.5g is likely to be 'uneconomic'...

And It's total BS becuase we ALL know that Cadia is economic down to 0.4g/t Au... specifically due the bulk efficiencies of the operational costs.

And very much like comparing and interweaving the cost structure of building Ferraris directly to Ford Fiestas -

IE both make massive profits, BUT in TOTALLY different ways . Obviously You cannot make a profit building Ford fiestas in the way you build a Ferrari though. That would be loss making.

Regarding bulk underground : The only question is will this be a block cave or a more selective sub level cave...? Anyone with mining nouse can see that.. The grade in those breccia are nothing short of sensational. And a mine in their own right.

Charta, it would be a hazardous guess on my behalf but as far as I can see, we are looking at a six week lead time (minimum).
Because of the enormous drilling activity by several companies in the area... I think they are struggling to process... I have read that Perth are upgrading/expanding capability, but of course this will take time. That said I do believe we will see results anytime over the next 3 weeks maximum!

1. Soar Financial Partners (Oreninc, Rohftoffbrief, amongst other "unconnected" consultancy firms to the mining sector} promoters of the "award" that before today the very vast majority of us had never heard of? Pretty sure the discovery wasn't in 2021? (Surely, Callum and spokesperson Gervaise made that discovery?)
2. Kai Hoffman... His introduction... "Kai has over 10 years experience as a consultant in the capital markets, with a particular focus on the mining industry. He has worked with over a 100 companies over the last 10 years {to what extent?) During his career he has advised clients on corporate finance matter and written a far-reaching financial newsletter...
Hhmmm... Never heard of Kai. Worked with over a 100 companies over the last 10 years... did he plague companies with offers of free analysis...? Does the conveyance of rejection emails constitute advising clients? I think it does! He advised yet they declined. Smart guy, perhaps... absolutely no mention of any level of success with any of the 100 companies!
3. Is his secretary under the table? When he/she comes up for air, Kai gives it a quick hand? Kai is excited all the same. {WATCH THE VIDEO ON YOUYUBE} Perhaps it's SD's golden (or is it yellow) tie?
All said and done, disappointed that SD gave even a minute to this guy.
Hopefully when SD comes over to London he will have interviews set up with reputable market analysts.
