No relation to my grievance concerning Alex in any way whatsoever, but I would hope that others can see the benefit of "renting out" shares.

For some considerable time I have been somewhat irked by the continued employment of Alex Borrelli.
What on earth has he ever done for GGP and why is he still employed, albeit on a side-ways move?

My take on this issue... so long as a mine is providing employment to Aussies, and the mine owner is paying relevant taxes, I think the Australian Government will be happy eitherways.
Let's not forget, there are "Australian miners" who are pumping profits into projects outside of Australia.

It would seem both Panorama and Bromus have little, if not zero, chance of being included in our exploration budget in the foreseeable future. Are we considering an option agreement for these tenements? And might we see some fruit bearing of Wyloo's "strategic participation"?

I'm probably being somewhat naïve here but, I have never come across an RNS produced by a media outlet on another company's listing.

I've tried different theories but remain flummoxed.

The best, but perhaps wrong, reason I can come up with is that during the interview information was revealed that was not mentioned in GGP's RNS a couple of days earlier?

Either way, still find it unusual that Proactive released an RNS??

Just bought a hotel which is likely to make a substantial loss over the next 3 years. but after that he will be quids in. in effect the tax efficiency will pretty much pay for the hotel.. some 500m

Scallywag is also a bit confusing (although still fancied as a front runner by GGP, nothing of note to report, if indeed they need to report!)

If, as some of us suspect, Havieron is the biggest lode ever discovered in Australia, then:
1. SD has built a team for that very reason - we are a target, and he has a team capable of not only seeing off potential suitors but also the clout to outbid?
2. As raised some time back, the detail in the JVA... ROFR and ROFO.

I would like to see GGP make an accretive acquisition.
In order for it to be accretive to share value it would have to be a producing mine. Havieron aside, not one of their other acquisitions has been accretive to share value.

As a shareholder I would rather they didn't buy any more non-producing tenements until we come up big on one of the many we currently own. We could buy up half of the exploration ground in Australia but none of it would be accretive to share value - not even re-sale value unless of course good potential mineralisation is found.
Just my view.

I don't believe it's anything to do with discovery of downside. The price is being held down with a purpose.

As for sp movement, I guess it's mm looking for discovery points. Definitely not being moved by current volumes.
