yes - we need funding to drill - but who said it would be dilutive.

1) GSPC cough up the money - they have to fund 55% of the drilling and we get money off them... result
2) GSPC cant cough up the money - we get 100% of the asset which is of "national importance". The interested joint venture parties - of which there are a few from historic research - take a % in exchange for funding - result
3) OEX go it alone and get a placing through to fund the INCREASED RESOURCE PERCENTAGE and we dilute to extract value (like many others - SOU / SXX to name but a couple)... Result
4) The deadline is extended (unlikely) and we have to wait a bit longer.

0.3 was hard. As was 0.4... As was 0.5....

Rising trend is all that matters....

As align have said... Current base price should be worst case over 0.9p. Undervalued before news...

Was in meeting so missed the 0.5 smash. Oh well might go into next meeting so we can smash 0.6

A lot to do with the problems with the main holders... Imo. Hopefully they are going bust leaving oex to find partners that actually want to get the most out the resource... Think of it as a new beginning. And there was time to average down but get that some can't do that. Either no funds or no faith...

Date of sale isn't actually given? Just that last notice was in September. So they sold 1% since then. Either way:
1) Its the ASX not LSE
2) Its done and been more than absorbed now imo.
