RE: WCS to $100mcap soon. Silver heading to $60. Hanc0ck Anglo American13 Nov 2025 15:41
Christ, there have been some stellar Hanc0ck developments this year. Including removal of the BHP objection, expansion of the project scope through new licences and resource upside indentification. We await the main event of course.
Elizabeth Hill decision to mine, likely mid or late 2026 and if yes Alien would contribute their share of the cost.
Let's assume Alien wishes to carry a 20% interest into production, meaning they pay 20% of the cost between decision to mine and production.
Let's assume the WCE market valuation at the point a decision to mine is a conservative $100m or £50m, (it is already $50m) so I am being very veryconservative here. Next Investors anticipate it will be $300m.
That would mean Alien have about $10m cash in WCE as they hold 10% at a value of $100m.
Let's assume the CAPEX is $30-50m (they seek to utilise Radio Hill, it is extremely shallow, simple geology with silver nuggets and a historic mine so it should be far less then that, but let's assume that anyway).
20% of $50m = $10m or £5m gbp.
So this companies contribution could be comfortably covered through their shareholding in the JV company, worth a similar amount to the upper end of a high CAPEX.
That's assuming a high $50m capex anyway, I would anticipate something around $20m so $4m/£2m for 20% contribution.
Other possible funding solutions, of which there would be many at a point this company is on the cusp of being a silver producer may include:
1. A share raise which could be done at a considerably higher share price than it is now, as you would need to factor that Elizabeth Hill will have grown substantially at this point and the other projects will be moving. This would mean a small dilution at a high value, a 1bil share issue at 1p = £10m, vs just £1m at 0.1p.
2. Selling Hanc0ck or other projects
3. Offtake agreements
4. Leverage future production sales
5. Other financing, see BZT for an example.
Overall, when Elizabeth Hill gets to a point a decision to mine is made, all associated parties with the project would see a valuation surge, especially in a booming silver climate and with strong resource statements of a very high grade nature.
There are many variables to consider for these future events.
