RE: IR value is up 3-4x over 2024. So 2024 NAV = 2.05p, 2025 around 4-6p?12 Jul 2025 10:43
As I stated
The SVV2 and SVV3 commitments are over many many years.
They are the maximum commitments and its likely Mindflair will end up paying considerably less as is the norm.
As its over many years, the SVV2 and SVV3 cash for 2025 and 2026 will be covered by the £1.8m Mindflair has in the bank from GV sale.
Not only that, but the SVV1 fund is fully funded and in exit mode.
Infinite Reality sits in that SVV1 fund and is set to bring in £10m+ for Mindflair. Then there are other exits also incoming shortly, as per RNS and interview and as per Sure Valley.
So combine all of that and we can see the company is in an excellent situation, better than it has been for many years.
The situation is that the cash coming from IR alone will fully fund ALL areas, Sure Valley, SVV1 (already at max %), SVV2 and SVV3. It is also going to leave money left over for a handsome special dividend for shareholders and enable investments into new areas, such as other AI companies or even Bitcoin.
Alsoi nvestors also have an incredibly short memory for some reason, given GV has just generated a 6.0x return on Investment.
Infinite Reality is going to be even greater
Therefore, the bigger the stake in Sure Valley and SVV, the better as these early entries into promising AI companies are delivering excellent returns.
Finally, perhaps the new board appointment and Asian investors (China?) is going to play a major role in this story.
I maintain 5-10p by year end.
