EUA looks really to smash down 10p

I think this goes to 6-7p this week.

Buyout looks very very close.

So the Russian economy is really struggling right now.

Couple that with Trump turning the screw on Russia's oil buyers such as India it seems likely to me that Russia will soon ink out a deal and end the war over the coming weeks and months.

Since we know post-war EUA will be at 30-40p a share, it makes sense this will soon rise in anticipation of this and head to arond 10-20p a share.

You see the markets are forward looking.

We expect that in the coming months we will see some additional realisations or liquidity events from the investment portfolio which is expected to generate further cash inflows for the Company.

In summary: this company is tradin under 1p. I have the NAV earmarked for 3p and over when it updates.

The market cap is tiny.

It is debt free.

It is starting to generate serious cash. Next up could be NAPSTER, as per Sure Valley and Mindflair.

NAPSTER is also working towards becoming a $100b+ AI company.

0.2p today?

As I said before 2-3p would still be a big undervaluation in my books considering the new NAV this quarter can easily be 3 to 5p given the explosive growth in Infinite Reality value in 2025 which as 3xed. On top of that 6x ROI from Get Visibility and £2.6m cash and debt reduced to ZERO.

All the 20+ AI companies in the portfolio are in growth stage and will underpin the future NAV and there will no doubt be some more unicorns born out of them.

If the shares were trading at 5p the mcap would only just be £25m and that's where this belongs in my estimates.

I agree. With the upcoming exit events and updated NAV coming this quarter reflecting Infinite Reality at a valuation at around $15BILLION (2024 based on a $5BIL value and delivered a 2.05p NAV), I am grateful for the 1p top ups and sub 2p as well.

The company has many catalysts, firstly it has proven its model as Get Visibility generated a 6x ROI.

The company has exposure to over 25 AI companies. Some of these AI companies have proven to be unicorns, such as Napster (formerly Infinite Reality) with a present valuation close to $20BIL.

The company owns over 22% of all the share capital in the very large Sure Valley ventures enterprise AI investment fund.

Shares should already be over 2p. The gold grades are excellent already at this early stage, gold price heading to $4000 and its AUSTRALIA.

WSBN has no grades and is at 4-6x the mcap of this.

Oh yes I know the mcap is just £3m which is so ridiculous. We are talking excellent gold grades in tier 1 Australia.

My point was even if MILA was trading at 2p a share the cap would just be £12m which is the same as WSBN right now who have 0 gold grades.

So I'm invested in this stock for the fundamentals, such as exposure to over 25 AI companies, with current unicorns like Infinite Reality/Napster and plenty of other potential ones (like we saw with Get Visibility). Also the the mcap is just 4-5m, no debt, with fresh cash in the bank by proving the model and because it's trading significantly under NAV.

But some invest for techinicals in terms of chart movement and for them MFAI has been charted with a near-term target of 1.8-2-2p.

For me this is a big undervaluation considering NAV will likely be 3-5p and the shares should be trading over NAV anwyay, as ALL the AI companies can boom and keep driving up the valuation. Just like we saw tih GV and IR.

This looks to have a brilliant set up.

Excellent gold grades and a tiny tiny cap.

Well this stock is always just one Infinite Reality RNS away from having a big rerate and it's due now after the signalling from both Sure and Mindflair.

This could be:

+Infinite Reality NASDAQ IPO plans (remember it just settled with its SPAC)

+Infinite Reality valuation increase beyond $15.5B

+Sure/Mindflair partial stake exited of Infinite Reality bringing in £millions + special dividends at both companies

I am banking on of these coming shortly because I follow the developments very closely.

Sure signalled they were looking for a partial exit of some of their Infinite Reality holding 2 months ago.

Mindflair signalled they had several exits in the pipeline as per the above.

So not just the updated NAV, but looks like more £££££ is coming this way.

This will have peaked in 2025 when it's 10x this current minnow price my friend :)
