Maybe it's you who is sweating given notifications should have started on Friday and not one single person has confirmed to have received one....much like I and many others predicted!
I'd imagine an email JDentist. Do you remember a short while back Amit asked shareholders to email in if they hadn't heard from the paying agent and he would forward/pass their details on.
Wait a minute....isn't today the day shareholders receive their notifications?!?!
Once the first one lands i'm sure someone kind enough will leap onto this forum to put everyone's minds at ease.
As we get into the afternoon without any notifications, the desperate will say/think "oh but they're only just starting the day in America" and then keep checking well into the evening only to find out that yet again Amit has dumped a big fat pile of nothing into everyone's laps
"Imagine labelling yourself “beast” and then running to admin like a wet a*se wipe every five minutes to get posts removed"
funny man 1984 is back, post my last message here I haven't checked back until now so nope I don't care to bother reporting any posts. Try again next time
"The initial tranche of notifications will be sent by the paying agent to shareholders holding paper certificates issued by the Company by Friday 14th June 2024"
As everyone knows Friday 14th is tomorrow, anyone received anything yet?
"This shareholder likes ‘Final Licence Payments’ very much… :)"
You won't get any notification tomorrow/Friday. Then you will think 'surely i'll get one next week'. Before you know it another week will be over and everyone will be left waiting.
I agree his quoted amount surely will do, however I question the validity of the share certs themselves in matching them to a real company recognised somewhere
I get that if the company is delisted, but what i'm saying is it's closed in the UK & Caymen Islands. So I don't see how anyone holding those certs have anything to tie it to the supposed one in St Vincents.
Amit may say shares are transferred on a 1:1 basis but there is absolutely no evidence of that nor was it mentioned in the articles of the St Vincent company when he purchased it
