A phase 3 study can be halted for efficacy.
I assume an Activ-2 Phase 3 trial could be halted for efficacy, or is Activ-2 a special case please?

The NIH need to provide Activ-2 Phase 2 results to SNG pronto before they stand accused of hampering/stalling Phase 3 study design, now Sprinter deep dive efficacy has been published.

5 NOVACYT LTIP
5.1 Introduction
Due to complications of being a French incorporated company with a UK-based
management, it has proved difficult to establish a standard equity based long-term incentive
plan. Accordingly, the Board has pursued the Novacyt LTIP as an alternative to such more
standard long-term incentive plans, which tend to deliver shares in a company.

So when posters say things like needing a CEO that says and does blah, you need to know what does James Wakefield want. He is the musician choosing the tunes all the top brass are marching to.

Due to the need to modify the study design in light of the emergence of the Omicron variant of SARS-CoV-2, the US National Institutes of Health (NIH) ACTIV-2 trial team need to finalise the phase 3 trial design without delay.

That doesn't seem possible when they have yet to reveal the results of the last trial to SNG.
Those results were good enough to green light progression to phase 3.

The ball is very definitely in the NIH court here, all Monk can do is try to give the NIH further reason to agree the modification of the study design, PDQ.

Ian Morrison is one of two current directors at STEWARTSON & ASSOCIATES LIMITED.
This being the case, and the length of time he has been there, I assume when he says "I’m starting a new position as Head of Talent Acquisition at Novacyt Group", and "Looking forward to the next few months" it means STEWARTSON & ASSOCIATES possibly has the job of finding the positions for the 'next few months'.

a) Novacyt has not been able to fill for a while.
b) Novacyt has not yet advertised for future projects.

There is a lot of current Human Resources activity presently, which for a company finding sales hard to come by is perhaps either:
1) Placing key personnel in specific posts for future projects.
2) Reducing headcount in Lab21 and Microgen
3) Redistributing personnel in both above companies within Novacyt.

I don't see Ian Morrison 'working for Novacyt' for many months.
