Clearly spent too much time seeing GM to the door, selecting DA as replacement, and supplying him with insufficient info to the extent DA felt the need for an immediate 100 day timeout 'holistic review of the business', forgetting to mention it to investors. (or did James tell DA not to mention it?)

The Novacyt website states -

Too many interests elsewhere to be remain an involved Chairman in my view.

This is why we have no II's, and therefore why the sp is so mercurial, (accentuated by only 72 mil shares in issue)
GM had little to share with us outside 6 monthly and Full Year results.
Ditto DA.
If James Wakefield were to leave office we may find a lot more willingness to share information, leaving new investors faced with the option of investing in an information black hole, or looking elsewhere.

Our sp is in limbo, so only when the LTIP timescale matures do we look forward to the market knowing what Novacyt is truly worth.

The only resolution I wanted was to vote for James Wakefields departure.

That would mean DA may have bought 100,000 shares knowing litigation was a possibility.
If this is so, we really do have a strong case.

So I think we could be comfortably above this sp if and when there is resolution to the dispute, (not necessarily expected at the end of court proceedings).

So my assumption is that we have or had outsourced assay manufacture agreements with these companies.

I have not checked whether the accounts reflect income from third parties, but I know it does not reflect from which companies income was derived.

it's part of French corporate law as per 01.06.2022 RNS, and visible in our articles of association, Article 19.

Worry not.
If DA thought NCYT would lose the dispute, he would not have invested half as much as he has.
Ergo, we should eventually benefit from a further DHSC payment.
As we don't know the specifics of the dispute, no sums mentioned.
Yes we should be interested in M&A, but these things take longer to finalise than they should usually.

Steady as she goes is all that can be offered, but with a belief there is no reason to suspect more setbacks at present.

For me the darkest part of the horizon is the part where the BoD believe they can treat their shareholders so poorly information wise, and still make an AGM quorate.

I'm sure last year they laid out the downside of not being able to hold a quorate AGM, but I cannot find it now, - anybody know where it is please?
