100% agree DJ. RNS are supposed to be bulletproof not full of waffle. If a date is listed then that date is expected to be met, unless something drastic occurs which then should be notified to holders via another RNS. Not just ignored. Too many RNS this year have been issued and come to nothing with the content.

Appreciate the time to post bigmj. As for the knocking CP, surely you can see how he comes across with his communication with PIs? He opens himself up to critisim with dates in RNS that are never met etc. Maybe worth letting him know how it looks....

Unfortunately they can't have a private AGM as they have public shareholders.....

Cowboy Parry at it again. He wasn't bothered with comms when bound by regs. He wont be any better now! Can't trust a word he says. If he put an RNS out saying the sky was blue and grass is green I would need to go and check!

It begs the question though why not say that if that's the case? Why all RNS containing what is at best waffle? Surely if that's the case they could have said, currently waiting for XGB to be approved to enable return to market and launch? Its these details that are missing, all we keep getting told is "coming soon" with an arbitrary date that keeps getting missed. No explanations.

Let's be honest. With the communications being so bad while they were listed on a market and therefor bound by rules why would any of us expect them to suddenly become better when off market and bound by NO rules! Think this is just how it will be until/unless it relists.

If it pans out like that then it just sums up Lion. Meaningless dates.

All this sloppyness has actually got me thinking how much effort and time CP puts into LION. It wouldnt surprise me at all if most his time and passion went into his finance business - First Equity, with LION being second fiddle. I mean all those changes being logged with companies house etc on the last day, last moment RNS's - no need if your focused on the business!

Their online presence is pathetic - no other words for it. Considering they pitched the whole thing as a digital product with online marketing etc to have two redundant websites, TRAC/Goldbloc and out of date info on the new Tally one is honestly a joke. They need to up their game!

I also see no AGM notice. CP needs to sort himself out - ridiculous how he is so flippant with making dates and then just missing them!

Probably the same reason that the tally website still shows TRAC as a partner, when that company is now wholly owned subsidiary and called Tallymoney! Simple answer is it's all very sloppy. No care at all taken.

19th is 21 days away, so if they need to give 21 days notice of AGM it has to be today, if they still plan on it being this date.

More than likely application made end of Q1 with actual listing occurring in summer. I cant make any target seriously from this company.

Exactly FC. Today. Yet again down to the wire, even for a simple thing such as AGM date, should it appear. Quite disappointing how predicable it is.

My expectations regarding anything here is low, particularly when it comes to actually doing anything within a timeframe they mention. If CP has form for anything its for missing targets and dates.

Should notice of AGM not have been released by today? It's two weeks since removal from market and last rns stated would be out by now.
