Not at all coot. Your shares will just be traded in nex instead if that happens. It's just not as easy as some brokers don't trade nex, and those that do may not allow online trades but over phone. I'm with Halifax for these shares and will be transferring them to my HL account just in case, as HL allow nex trades and Halifax doesn't!
I have felt the constant "preparing aim" messages to be smoke screen for a while, it doesn't take this long to prepare a document seeing as company already has one that just needs tweaked. My opinion is the deliberately let the listing delist to move exchanges. That line in the rns is the first hint of it in the open. Though should they use nex CP needs to be held to task for all the BS AIM prep talk!
See what occurs here, it makes no odds from a shareholder view where it's traded, but won't look good from a trust point of view...
