The SP could open down from what though? Nobody knows what the IPO will be done at. So if its done at 3.5p down could be 3p?
Ignore the closing SP at suspension here - its meaningless. The shares are now valued at 0p, you cant go lower! The new listing is a brand new one for all concerns, which is why it is needing an IPO! Its not just "coming back to market" It will be valued at the time of IPO and an SP assigned on that basis.
