Is lionsgold will need money early next year to keep running as a business. It has no revenue so would normally issue shares in a placing. If it was listed that is. Now being off market will cause problems for Lion, as getting cash from investors becomes much harder compared to listed companies in AIM or NEX. Not impossible but harder. So I think if this hasn't listed by end Q2 there won't be a company left financially. Kind of gives me hope that it will return prior to then as I expect they will want to get listed somewhere to get access to placing money.

Well we should get some news next week as last week before the shares are removed! Really want to see these updates. They will either settle things down or raise more questions and concerns. Just hope it's more honest than any of the RNS since suspension.

CP last share talk interview was awful. Didn't trust a word he was saying. Erm, erm, erm, trying to, aiming for, can't guarantee! Weasel words all round. It's not rocket science to admit a company to trading On AIM. All that talk of no guarantee put me right off. Hopefully it's just he wants it on a different exchange and nothing more sinister.

That will be a generic statement. They company has informed everyone they are cancelling their shares on AIM. As in delisting! All this talk of cancelling the readmission is nonsense. It's coming off market full stop. If the company had wanted to apply for an extension it would have, they didn't. Likely because they don't want to come back to aim, but on NEX is my guess, if they do decide to become listed again. I don't think cp is being up front with us all at all, in fact he hasn't played it straight from the moment this suspended. As of November these shares are off market and out our ISAs. That's the truth of the situation

The shares are being cancelled. Aka delisting. There is no extension being applied for or given.

They say it was imposed on them. But at the time I said it was incompetent of the BOD to not have realised and negligent of Nomad to not advise them. So did the nomad advise them and they knew in advance? If so why not ask for suspension so they weren't in breach of rule? A self imposed suspension while carrying out the deal wouldn't have left them time constrained.

Not sure we will see a prospectus before 12th. Updates yes as they were promised but doubt anything more will come. I wouldn't put much weight in what they say regarding dates. It was launch Q2. Relist Q3, then Q4. One thing CP has solid form for is shifting the goalposts.

Agreed duster. I had the last of my trading money here having took it all off the markets back in May and into cash in my bank. Annoyed to lose this tranch though.

This is why I was suspecting they wanted to come off aim to go nex. It's all supposition at the moment but it is cheaper, and less regulated than AIM. No nomad etc. I don't care so long as we have a listing. Where did you get the detail about prospectus being issued prior to 12th? Or was that in your opinion? Just curious as don't recall that detail anywhere.

Flapping, where is the information from that they will be releasing a prospectus before Nov 12th? I cant recall that being mentioned anywhere? Regarding NEX, I do see this being a distinct possibility.

But until now they were still quoted but suspended and as such in a better state than delisting. It's not suspended for longer. It's delisted. It's completely different to how it was before.

Not lost money? Try selling your shares then. People have the right to be ****ed off here. Who said anyone invested without thinking? I thought before investing. People want liquidity not bloody unquoted companies. And as for the business buying shares if private. What a laugh. Like they would bother. So while technically you are right realistically your not. Money gone with no listing.

What bloody good is railsbank doing well for itself if we aren't listed? CP will do alright with his investment in it, and even Lion may, but with this stock not quoted on an exchange we won't. As said many times here Lion can continue and don't well from here, but we will lose out without it being on an exchange. At this stage we all have lost our money. That's the truth here. If it comes back we get something back.
