The BB will stay same as the other delisted shares do. They just dont become searchable via ticker I dont think but you can change the URL to get to them and they are active. Examples -

They could list the directors as it stood then and notify market when directors added as per usual no reason to delay. The admission document would be accompanied with a prospectus too where the plans would be laid out for the future etc. Stop being such a pretentious prick.

Still not reason to not make the deadline to remain listed. It's been said many times but they could have submitted the admission document with their aims all laid out explaining where they are at, and what they are waiting on (trademarks etc) there is no reason to delist that I can see other than they didn't want to be listed.

I don't understand why no listing either. It really was just a document. Yes the sp may have dropped hard but I'd they are releasing great updates before the 11th like he said then that would have potentially stopped any drop or even a premium of news is as good as made out. Don't buy the nonsense about scope change delaying it etc, as you could have wrote the whole plan in the admission document with what your plan is and then go work toward it. I don't trust Cp. Too many blind followers here seem to and still seem too. Until he delivers, which he has not deliverd anything to date, I will view him as a cowboy. And that's from an investor! Agree with your sentiments. However just because CP is a shareholder too does not mean he will lose out if this fails to come back to market, quite the contrary. He will benefit just the same. The company can thrive off market and make CP and pals very rich if it's a success. He is in charge of the company and can see to it he and his mates get a good deal from this regardless of if the company is public or private. We don't unless it's public. Until we know this is listing on an exchange again we can still be screwed regardless how well the company does. This needs to be forefront of people's minds.

If they return after heavy discount placing and dilution then I get some money back but not as much due to dilution etc? I hold here. Never shorted any stock. Closest I did was taking cfd for the correction on the dax a few months ago. If lionsgold comes back at multiples premium then I will be over the moon as most here.
