It's convenient though that both Lion and First Equity share the same office don't you think? Likely the same phone on CPs desk but with different lines and ringtone set for when people call in on the lion or FE number. :-)

Also let's not forget that tally is actually TRAC and RH running that bit of the company.

So what is CP doing? He isn't running the day to day development of tally, as that will be Ralph and his team. So what then is he doing? As he sure as shit isn't running Lion and making sure that lions corporate business is being dealt with.

Which is why I ask, why hasn't the GM been held?

Way I see it is we are shareholders in Lion.

Tally is a product of Lion, like mines are assets of Lion.

While it's great that tally has a quoted release window, I am concerned that actual business of the company such as name change and relist just seems to always be far from the company priority. Relist I can get why they wanted to launch first, but if they can't stick to a GM date for a simple name change vote then forgive me for not feeling confident about any relist date they give.

It's high time Lion started hitting dates they state.

But the GM was stated in the last RNS as being imminent.

Not sure why they can't and didn't do it while the tally work is being done? Half an hour in the office? It's not hard is it.

It just makes them look even worse with times and details than they already do.

I'm still curious why they haven't had the GM for name change yet. Months overdue.

Just nicer layout on mobile. Not used the desktop version yet. More modern feel to it.
