It was "alleged" to be working. I have doubts about that in all honesty. Goldbloc was also blockchain based. Tally is not.

They pretty much got rid of goldbloc more than re-brand and made something different using railsbank. That's my take and would explain all the delays.

Others opinions may vary.

I'm pretty sure the railsbank api is the same api for all users, hence the 5 line of code tagline. Could be wrong, but think that's the case.

As for why haven't they listed by now? God knows. For me they should never have delisted and just ran with it. Yeah SP would be lower, but whatever, it would bounce with launch. They have fundraised with warrant conversions and I don't think they will have any issues with a fundraise for IPO. If not for the fact CP is board member of first equity. I feel they will be used to get placees personally.

Why haven't they done it yet? Well now they have come off market they may as well wait until app is out. I think you know that by what your saying but disagreeing with time to test it etc. If they launch soon then I can see no reason to delay past summer.

Though I don't trust the bod. Too many false starts and lies in RNS last year. Though I will give benefit of the summer to see. As bigbench said bigMJ will look bit silly after his comments if this fails to come back.

Correct. Railsbank tech works and that is what we are using. Debit cards are MasterCard network and, well, I'm pretty sure they are established. It's the tally app itself and currency conversions being tested.

Also I'm not CP fan as I'm sure people know, but I don't agree they couldn't IPO due to reasons given, they can raise funds easy. Look how many terrible tin pot aim companies IPO! Lion has mines and an app that's almost there. Money raise will be no issue.

I have stated many times about a failure to relist being a possibility. The company could happily thrive and make those on payroll very rich without ever returning to trade.

That being said, it's turned a corner earlier this year with the release of the app in beta. Things are happening when all of last year was just CP making noise. There have been a lot of failings when coming to timelines and they are still slipping. This is the primary concern. The relist could be delayed for years! That's unacceptable imo.

However let's see what happens by summer. Let's give them that chance to finally deliver what they say before returning to doom and gloom.

While the relist still remains elusive I cant agree that the situation is hopeless. It's much more likely than before Xmas imo. The app is ready for launch, then so long as the company keep their word and don't keep pushing back launch I see no reason for no IPO.

So while it's certainly not a sure thing, it's not quite over yet!
